The young lady to helped me was absolutely fantastic with her patience and her positive upbeat compassionate and helpful personality I could not have had a beter customer experience and in today’s world that is rare that was my first payday loan she not only walked me through everything but helped me every step of the way ..I am partially blind and almost compleatly deaf I am deaf without my hearing aids and that day I only had one as my battery had died that day but she was so accommodating and patient with me I never felt like a burden on her and that’s how I leave many situations both out doing things and I my personal life so it was refreshing to come across such a wonderful and sweet lady at your establishment please thank her for me give her a nice raise and do what it takes to keep her employed by you I hope when I go back there on Friday to pay the loan I’m
