Having read the reviews of other dissatisfied people and encountered the Paydo website myself Unfortunately I said goodbye to my 3.566€ The site sent all my previous translations INSTANTLY. but upon transferring €3,566 to my card, PAYDO fell silent. and so on for the 3rd day. UPD 30.01.25:
11 days have passed. Once they asked me for a bank statement for a month, supposedly for their verification. and that's it! absolutely no changes. I did not receive my funds. The support service is silent. I can say that this is a scam. don't trust this pseudo "Bank"

Horrendous bank, avoid at all costs. Abruptly closed our account with them after 6 months with no reason or notice provided. Funds held hostage until legal action was threatened. Registered in Canada and attempting to abide by UK & European laws leaving their customers in an incredibly muddled and confusing position. Try to portray themselves as a 'bank' despite just being a payment provider. Just overall, an absolute mess of an organisation and not one I would ever trust my funds with. Avoid at all costs.

This is a joke company, I asked them that I need a card payment processor for my website, they gave me the link to apply and after almost 2 months of sending them 20 different documents they rejected me.
I also asked them to close my account and remove all documents from their website. They are not responding.

I made 3 withdrawals last week. As of now the status is pending. for over 5 working days. It's really frustrating. I always get the same answer from the support team. It's a shame that I was hoping to have a faster option with Paydo.

I was previously on a merchant site a couple of days ago. I wanted to pay via interac. Unfortunately they did not have a direct interac E-transfer service and instead force you to use Paydo. I was unfamiliar with this service and never used previously but wanted to give them an opportunity. I set up my account and verfied my account. I made the 40 Euro deposit and received back via email my transaction with the merchant was in process status. I found it unusual that this transaction was taking so long to process as I have used so many other money transfer vendors in the past. After a couple of days I posted ticket - 927084 to inquire status and the person on chat seemed helpful indicating he would send it over to the billing team. After some time the noticed the status changed to "timed out" and I received a generic email back from the ticket indicating the transfer was rejected without any reason. I am so disappointed with this and suggest to all not to use this service based on my new experience with them. Hoping they can redeem themselves either by processing the new transaction I re did today or refund my money back to my bank account. ***Update as of 10/16/2024. After some review with the Paydo service team (they have been prompt getting back to me with every ticket update which is very appreciated), they have advised me. they are able to reverse the initial deposit into their system back into my original bank account whereas there was the advisement it was more than likely the merchant that was not accepting the transfer payment and causing the time out decline. Paydo has advised it will take a couple business days. They have restored my faith in their system. Once the patyment gets returned I have certainly no problem increasing my review rating. Another update to come. :) ***Update 10/28 - Paydo created a refund transaction on 10/16 according to my transaction profile, HOWEVER I still have not received it to my bank yet. I filed a follow up ticket on 10/24 inquiring the status on this as it now has been 12 days since this refund was showing processed. No ticket response back. PLUS I still got charged the transfer fee! :( I can understand if it were a large sum of money or something for additional checks but this is only for 40 Euros.11/1 Update - Paydo has now honored and completed the refund request back into my account. Increasing rating to reflect resolution and support provided.
