Cannot get hold of them, and cannot reach the Vendor that provided the goods I ordered, and for whom Payfast.io took payment. I would caution anyone from doing business with them
Pay fast can't process payments on time. After payment they hold the funds claiming they are still investigating fraud. Eventually they will block your account and retain the funds for themselves.... See more
Poor support responce time.
Cards declined on my website checkout process. A work-day later & no response from Payfast support other than autoresponder with a ticket number. Best to use international gateways.

Pay Fast for merchants is expensive and a slow
Pay Fast for merchants is not suitable for small businesses. The Transaction fees are high, then they charge a payout fee on top of it all. Then it takes DAYS to get a payout it's not INSTANT at all, it's false advertising. You will wait, your small business will suffer. Ozow is a GREAT alternative except they don't have Card Transaction ability.

We never signed up for anything with them. Somehow someone got the card number and hit the account for $18.9x FIVE TIMES in a row before the card company declined. Now we are waiting for the card company to Investigate and meanwhile almost $100 is not available. The company is out of S. Africa, a 3rd party. Doesn’t even identify the thief on the bill.
