Unable to utilise the mastercard issued by Paynetics , which it seems has now been locked. Raised with the customer relations team, who raised a ticket but have been unresponsive since. No access to my funds. I'd echo the comments of the previous reviewers that overall a very poor service.

Failure to issue a replacement mastercard

Failure to issue a replacement Mastercard as the previous one had expired has led to the situation where nearly 4 months later I still have no access to the money. The company’s structure is such that the customer facing group and their managers have no direct access to the organisation in Bulgaria that actually deals with issues. The customer facing group are professional but powerless. The group in Bulgaria clearly dont care about their customers or their experiences. My company (Intel) outsourced their internal recognition scheme to paynetics. No company should expose their employees to this crew.

If there was 0 star rating, I would give it

1. When I tried activating my newly issued card, it wasn't visible in the system and it took paynetics a month to fix.
2. Then it took them 2 weeks to activate the card
3. Now the balance showing is not correct and another ticket is being created.
TERRIBLE.

Enough evidence for a lawsuit

I have a company reward card from Intel. The closure of this card and the transfer of the money to my account takes more than 6 weeks now, and ... is not yet closed! 7 emails, 5 calls, 2 forms (got an outdated one in the first run), and weeks of time in between the responses. If I would know easy ways to work with a solicitor, I would really like to do it. (ECS-12137 Funds Redemption).

Keep away if possible

Website, MyPaynetics app and customer service are a complete disaster. I got a MasterCard from Paynetics via my employer and cannot activate the card in the app or on the website. Customer support is not replying at all.

I went to perform a closure of the account and transfer funds. The first person told me it would take 10 days from the completion of the form. The second person told me that the first person gave me the wrong form to complete. – Waited 10 days, no action, submitted follow-up, and another follow-up, by another follow-up. No comms back, fund finally transferred with no closure from Paynetics. – What a shame that a company managing funds for consumers have little interest in supporting their customers. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.

They have no idea that people may not have smartphones or simply do not want to install their malware.

Card activation via phone line?! Bravo! This company has no clue what _security_ means. They should not be allowed to do any finances at all.
