Payntr stock issues are well known but even when buying a supposedly in-stock item nothing turned up. Weeks went by with no update. After multiple chase emails finally got a reply explaining that my shoes were in stock on the website but out of stock in the warehouse. No estimate offered on when they would be restocked. I’d only recommend buying Payntr shoes from a third party seller and to be honest just stick to the usual reliable premium brands.

I placed my order on 9th July and have attempted to track through the "SHOP" app with the expected delivery arriving by 16th July. I am yet to receive my shoes nor have I had any update as to the delay. I have tried contacting through customer services and social media for an update but have had no reply whatsoever. It is now coming up to two weeks and I have no shoes and will be looking for a refund through my credit card provider.

I paid for express delivery when I ordered on Monday and still haven’t received my order. You don’t expect to wait 5 days for express delivery

Ordered in December, arrived mid December, comfortable but didn't wear until april and the material inside has basically come apart, contacted customer services and told 6 months warranty which means its about 3 weeks out of warranty. Asked for the policy so I can read it to be told its in the box nowhere else.
The shoes are comfortable but terrible quality to only last that long, would not recommend

I had a pair for 3 years which were great so when they wore out I ordered another pair of the PAYNTR X-001 F. However after 5 or so rounds the lining on the heal started to come apart. I contacted them to ask if they would accept a return but was told they were out of warrant so nothing they could do. I then offered to pay the difference for a more expensive model but I received no further reply.

I liked the brand but will not buy them again as just not worth the risk and they obviously don't value customer care. Clearly a faulty design and amazed that they don't think customer retention is important.

Bought the PAYNTR Pro-X All Rounder shoes recently and unfortunately the design didn’t work for me personally.

The tongue is attached to the sole, making the shoes awkward and time-consuming to wear. I’ve never experienced this in decades of using sports shoes. Also, the sharp plastic edge on the tongue felt uncomfortable even during a short indoor try-on.

That said, this is purely my personal experience, and I must say the refund process was very fair, smooth, and professional from PAYNTR’s side.

Disappointed with the shoe design, but credit where it’s due for the customer service.

Extremely slow shipping, customer service gave me empty answers to my email queries asking why it was taking so long. I’ve never experienced shipping this slow before. They’ve told me it’s been processing but I ordered a week ago now
