I was unable to use the registration key sent because the download activation site was down and I couldn't connect. I never downloaded or registered the product and was denied a refund.
Note: The online support used at time of event is not technical support and just refereed my issue back to the seller sending them an email with a promise they would get back to me within 2 hours, which never happened.

Excellent, timely, effective service. The entire process was streamlined and easy.
I have been in a long-term dispute with one of PayPro Global's partners, Remote Job Finder. This website is useless and refuses to cancel the subscription as well as refund for unused time.
PayPro has done nothing with my PayPal dispute besides resending the same message daily. They are nothing more than a pass-through company for suspect companies which would be booted from PayPal immediately.

I purchased a lifetime licence for a video downloader from FliFlak. There is no trial version so I paid for a lifetime licence given that many people had written that the software worked well.
I installed the software and couldn’t even get past the sign in page. I sent them an email detailing the problem and they asked me to send them the log files. I did this and they immediately wrote back apologising for the problem I was having and saying they were quite happy to refund me 30% of my purchase price because they like to keep their customers happy! I couldn’t believe what they wrote.
I asked for a FULL refund and that was when all the emails stopped. Further emails to them were met with no replies. So I decided to contact PayPro Global, the company handling the payments.
Within 20 minutes of submitting my experience to PayPro Global via their website, I received an email from PayPro Global with the text describing my experience and a note stating that hey have passed on my concerns to their client (FliFlak).
The very next morning the refund was in my credit card.
This is absolutely BRILLIANT customer service by PayPro Global. I can’t thank them enough for helping me out in this matter. I highly recommend them.
PayProGlobal's verification process seems arbitrary, with decisions on business suitability made without transparent criteria. Upon rejection, they provide no explanation, and my attempts to seek clarification or guidance on meeting their standards were ignored. This lack of openness and responsiveness raises concerns about their trustworthiness as a service provider.

I used pay pro global for other payment link system, but they (pay pro global) manage all own.
they just hold my balance on pending payment still not release more then week , all hard for card or id verification, they have 0 knowledge about virtual own card verification also

had a change in management and needed access to the account and was able to call and speak to a human to assist me right away. She did have me email, requesting the change to support at paypro global, where they responded VERY quickly--minutes. Which is very appreciated. Thank you for assisting and letting me get back to my business with ease 🙏🏼
Representative was able to answer questions, and solved a login problem for me quickly.
total scam, never trust their emails and don't pay anything to them

I bought a license (48.85) for a software that, instead of working, was forcing me to download other softwares (requiring other licenses) to work. There is no way to be refunded, so please guys don't buy from this site
