Too Bad For You
If I could give this company zero stars, I would! They give you a runaround for a refund for their broken machines. Terrible service! There are multiple days of refunds not received.
The App declined a perfectly good card
I moved into a senior apartment that has PayRange in the laundry room. I tried setting up my account and debit card to load money onto. The app would not take my card. I tried numerous times also using my bank account and Google pay, nothing was accepted. My card works everywhere else! Emailed back and forth with Erica B and they came to the conclusion that it's my banks problem. Now I have to take an Uber or Lyft to get quarters. I have trouble walking far so a bus would be difficult. It would cost me $15-20 round trip just to get quarters! It's a lousy app. No wonder most everyone in the building uses quarters.

Horrible and dishonest customer service. Not recommended
Beware of Scammer companies!!!
Please know that this company makes you load $25 at minimum to their app, once they have that $25, you have to “email” and beg for your money back. If you don’t use or need the washing machines anymore, they will absolutely not give you funds back! Beware of companies that have low standards and only care about the bottom line, hoping that you won’t use the full balance and they can force you to lose $22 or use their product, which I will now never use again based on shady business practices and less than caring or helpful customer service. They seem great when you haven’t deposited funds yet but the back end is a joke! Go get cash and exchange to quarters, it will save you time and hassle if you use this for washing machines.
Outstanding !
Outstanding !! Fabulous !! Fast !!! and Clase in it’s own !!!
My apartment complex changed the washing machine company to ‘ WASH ‘. I have a balance on Pay Ranch. I followed the instructions and sent an email. Within minutes, I got a response from Jen P to say that she has processed the refund and it will take 5 to 7 business days . The speed at which they do things are incredible. Thank you. Thank you.

Decent device HORRIBLE customer service. They refuse to talk to a customer via phone. Their email replies are pre written generic replies. DO NOT use this company or you will be disappointed!!NEVER AGAIN!
Great experience here, will use again, at least until my credits are depleted.
2025 May 17: Unlike many negative reviews here, I had a good experience with the support from PayRange but I also did not have any hardware or technical issues. I mistakenly enabled the wrong machine and sent a problem/issue email for that transaction. It was only a $2.00 mistake and I didn't expect a refund since it was my error but it was credited back almost instantly.
Stay away from a corrupt company
Stay away from a corrupt company. If something goes wrong with their equipment and you need help, they don`t care. They took your money, and you are on your own. I called over 10 times, and sometimes, they will call you back 3-4 days later with an UNKNOWN number. If you email about the problem, your email will be returned as undeliverable. Look for other options if you like your money.
Garbage! Don’t use!
Scam Alert! At the Best Western hotel in Zion, UT and needed to do laundry. Followed instructions and added $15 on the app via credit card. Could not get QR Code to work. Maintenance man came and he too could not get it to work. Went to lobby and got $12 in quarters. Tried 3 different times to get a refund. No responses from PayRange. Hotel said they could not help me. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this crappy system.
Payrange machine not connecting paid and funds not posting to account but a paid transaction on payment method.
Payrange machine not connecting paid for washing never received twice as well as funds not credited to account. all I ever got was an apology from customer service with out resolution.

I would never recommend anyone for using this website to pay for any machines that is situated inside the facility.
Without my authorization my card was charged twice and upon requesting and asking for a refund , they couldn't refund. I had to email them every day regarding this matter but no solution came out . They hesitant to return the money .
Very poor customer service experience I have , not asking anyone to use this money .
Very disappointed.
I was charged twiced.
PayRange outshines Dexter Pay
I used two laundry payment services in one day PayRange being one and Dexter Pay being the other. Through no fault of PayRange I wound up needing a refund on the funds that I had preloaded onto my PayRange account. I found the phone number to contact PayRange on their app and detailed instructions on how to request a refund. After 4 hours with immediate courteous responses from PayRange, the funds were back in my bank account. Dexter Pay, on the other hand, took the money that I preloaded onto that account and then instead of using it to pay for my washers withdrew additional money out of my account. When I tried to contact them about refunding the money that I preloaded, I couldn't find any customer service contact info. I finally did find a number after searching Google but when I called it I only got a voicemail telling me to leave a call back number. The next morning, after PayRange had already refunded my money, Dexter Pay sent me a text message saying my funds would not be refunded. Thank you PayRange. You outshine your competitors.

Horrible customer service
If a machine doesn’t work but you still pay, customer service will NOT refund you. So frustrating as I’ve lost over $75 from not working machines.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE APP
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE APP.
needs to be run off by a better company. takes way too long to transfer funds. THE WHOLE APP IS AN INSANE INCONVENIENCE TO ITS ENTIRE CUSTOMER BASE. should be banned from america. HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
ZERO STARS, i was generous to give them one star….
Second time in two months charging me…
Second time in two months charging me twice on machines. Also repeatedly asking me to fund the account when I have already enough money in it.$10-$20. The timer in the app runs while the machine hasn’t started yet. They refunded my money the first time, TO THE PayRange Account, making sure they still have my money, this time I’m waiting to hear back and demanded a refund to my card. Luckily the laundry owners are sensitive to this and hopefully will do something about it.
