It worked. Took some time to make my computer take but it did.

When I Uploaded Microsoft Office Professional 2021, I had Trouble with the License Key and I Asked for Help and they Immediately Walked me thru Finding the Information that they Needed and then Took Care of Licensing the Product for me... Very Pleased with the Product and Service!!! Highly Recommended!!!

Could not get my product to work. I received an 80 % refund.

Product, and pricing were correct. The reason it got 2 stars was the process aftersales. No email about my product was ready for download and no instruction on how to install after download.

The license given was not valid and not authorized to be used, and Microsoft support flagged it as a non genuine key. It was unable to be used and subsequently had to purchase a different one directly from Microsoft. I sent screenshots and images of the error and was told to call Microsoft for verbal assistance where I ran into even more problems. I will never use or recommend anything from here again. As well, I noted to all my contacts about the situation and they will be spreading the information as well. Highly disappointed in the scam based company that you have been operating.

Your support staff was available and helpful 24 x 7 but I had no idea what to expect and the detail that Microsoft needed was beyond what I anticipated.

I was having an issue validating my license key and Dan helped me out and I thought it was going to be a total loss but he really came through like a champ so I'll be recommending you guys to everyone I know that has an issue with software!

Cd key didnt work. Said i needed to update my computer with some 3rd party malware download they sent me to hack me

Next purchase no so perfect. Still unable to come away with win 10. installed. Otherwise still satisfied.

Purchased Windows 10 & Office to upgrade from Windows 7. I needed help with both installations and received immediate answer at their help line and friendly assistance that got the issues resolved first time. Very satisfied with this company…they are the real deal !!

The response of PCmasters Shop to my problem was quick and worked great.

Had to chat with your help desk to find out I would have to got to call Microsoft to activate the software. Took quite a long time to get the software activated. First time I've ever had to do this when I have a key.
