The service was quick and easy, I’m new to PCs and it’s been so much of an easier experience than I ever excepted

Great configurator lets me adjust various components and immediately see price changes. Also ensures complete compatibility. PC arrived on time, and is super quiet and super fast. I always use PC specialist to get exactly the spec I want.

Complete procedure is very straightforward and very informative. During building of machine getting preview
and possibility to still change something is awesome!
It was my second order and definitely there will be more!

From month 3 of owning my new Flux 500 its has never run correctly. First it wouldn’t connect to my WiFi, despite many changes to parts it’s now hardwired. It crashes daily and to send it back within warranty I was told it could be months without my PC (used for work) I was sold this via Curry’s , the sales guy clearly wanted a sale and did not listen to what I actually needed the pc to do. I have now been advised PC Specialist use parts from everywhere to build so it’s expensive to get an IT company to figure out exactly what the problem is or what part within the machine. I should have bought the Mac!

This is my second gaming pc purchase and I am a happy customer. Even 8 years after my first order their customer service helped me out with some issues and I didn’t have to hesitate to go back to them. My new beast is purring perfectly!

I purchased a high spec PC recently for video editing/music product and to practice on fpv sims.

From order to delivery everything was impressive and smooth running. I like the website configurator- any option slightly wrong will tell you if the products are compatible or not.

After placing my order I received daily updates including photos of the PC mid build.

I did not need to write an email or ring to ask how the order is going or when I will receive it.

Upon delivery tracking info sent and it arrived well packaged, safe and secure.

Set up was easy, Windows 11 was already on and just needed final updates and registering etc. Very impressed with the GPY and AMD Ryzen 9 CPU, 64gb, it handles everything I have thrown at it.

I have been very impressed with the quality and service level!

Ordering was good delivery on time only thing is having spent £1350 laptop quality doesn’t seem good and very light and flimsy

My second PC from PC Specialist. Good quality and fast build times.

The process from building a computer to it arriving was faultess. Emailing a image of the PC, once it had been built, was a nice touch.

Unfortunately the computer had a startup issue: boot failure every time it was turned on. I contacted them and they gave me a suggestion for a fix (this suggestion had nothing to do with the actual failure, so I imagine the computer would have be sent back, unless the customer had a background in PC repair etc), or I could return the PC to them.

That's the last point of contact. No follow-up. So, what could have been a 5 star happy customer review is somewhat marred by lack of after purchase customer support.
