PC Specialist custom built my PC to my specifications, they notified me every step of the way during building and testing and notified me of when i was to receive my product. They were nothing but helpful and informative and I would definitely use them again.
The delivery was was quick considering it was a custom build and the service was exceptional.

I cannot recommend PCSpecialist highly enough if you are looking for a good-quality, well-constructed gaming PC.

Their website is very well laid out, and it is extremely easy to select the various components and build the exact PC you want. There is also a very useful Chat feature, so you speak to someone and ask them to check over the build before you order.

I've used them twice over the last five years and I have no complaints whatsoever about their service. They are very professional and both PCs were superbly built with attention paid to cable tidying, plus they fitted additional cables at my request so I could fit my old graphics card and SSDs from my old system.

They are very friendly and respond to emails straight away and are always willing to assist in any way they can. They will also ring you to offer additional support if required.

PC Specialist delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and care when handling my custom AM4 tower build. Ordering through them was seamless, and Christopher and the support team went above and beyond to accommodate my specific requests, including patiently managing my sub-orders and coordinating with the dispatch team to secure a Saturday delivery time slot that worked around my medical schedule. Got a new build, really happy with the purchase and performance and was kept updated on it being built and tested. No issues at all after using it for a few weeks now. Fast delivery packaged securely built professionally

Very happy with my experience overall. The team was communicative and quick to make adjustments required, and the PC arrived swiftly and very well packaged.

Online help team made the difference.
Old PC from 2014 was on it's last legs so new one needed. Made some choices and took advice from PCS and then looking at my back up files of iTunes music and photos storage was going to be a problem. Chat help guy helped me through making a change to my original spec so that I now have 2TB on D Drive and 512GB on C Drive.
Set up really easy - only issues I had was with Microsoft Office not recognising free trial and with Outlook not wanting to import all my old info that was vital. Quick Google check and running Classic Outlook has sorted it.
PC looks great, runs cool and I can now play some of the old classic games that the previous PC just refused to load.
Arrived within a week and given that I made a change to the spec on the "testing" phase happy that they changed it all around so quickly.
Delivered on-time and well packed up.
Couldn't be happier.

Somehow they've made my experience better than the last time.

6 years ago I ordered a custom PC. (Granted it was around COVID times) and it took a few weeks to arrive. Worked absolutely perfectly, packaged well, and I've just sold it due to ordering from PC Specialist again for my new upgrade.

Another custom PC, but high end this time. What an experience. It took less than a week to arrive at my door. Packaged incredibly well and unexpectedly I received emails with updates at each stage and even 3D images of the PC once they had actually built it, just before doing their tests, so I could see my build before it arrived!

Once again, works absolutely perfectly, it's clearly been built perfectly and with care and precision (I tend to look inside and check the finer details).

I should also say, I've looked at other companies websites to try my build, and not only does PC Specialist have the easiest, most user friendly custom PC builder, but they're in my opinion the best value for money.

To sum up - I have been extremely impressed, very happy, and would not only definitely use them again, but would highly highly recommend them!

Easy to use website, excellent information without screen clutter, very competitive pricing. Great selection of options for customisation. Build and Delivery times were within a reasonable time and the computer itself is running like a dream.

Ordered a custom gaming PC for my son as a gift for doing so well in his GCSE’s to find that the PC arrived late even though I paid for fast track (fast track money was refunded) and then it was faulty and never worked. Spoke to the relevant department who guided my son how to check certain things on it but still didn’t work and they agreed it was faulty. Returned it and again had to wait several days for another one to arrive to find that it had exactly the same issue and it wasn’t even packaged properly! Called them again and asked for someone senior to speak to as I couldn’t believe my luck but was told I must email in and couldn’t speak to someone on the phone. I asked for a full refund as I don’t trust them. Really don’t understand how this can happen when they say it’s being “tested” for days which apparently delays it being delivered!! I got one from Currys and it worked straight away as it should with no issues. Pc specialist have received my pc and have said they need to test to see what the issue is and that will result in my refund taking 3-5 working days to return. This is disgusting as it clearly didn’t work and nobody could assist us on the to get it working and agreed it was faulty twice but now they want to make sure before they repay me
My money!! I wouldn’t wast money on them as it’s not worth it. I paid a lot of money and never got what was written. They clearly don’t like complaints either and fob you off! 10 days and two faults custom made pcs and now have to wait another 5 working
Days to get my money back!! Won’t ever buy from them again!

Excellent from pre-order through to after-sales.
Whilst deciding on my final spec, I called the customer service team and spoke to Ethan. Professional, knowledgeable and personable, genuinely wanted to help. My only complaint here was the fact he wouldn't price match a 5070 with a 5090... It reminded me of a time where I tried to get 5 bed house for the price of a 3 bed... I'm going to try and get compensation for emotional trauma here however I'm guessing that will go a similar way.

Ordered my new custom pc. To my absolute disbelief, it took longer than 24hrs to get here... My custom built, one of a kind(nearly) pc wasn't ready on the day of order... Instead I got full, regular and detailed updates on the progress of the build and before sending, a cool 3d all round view of what it looked like.

Delivered when they said they would deliver. Packaged well, full instructions for set up which I obviously completely ignored.

Had a follow-up question later after purchase, sent an email late in the evening was answered by 09:30 the following morning. The lady (who's name I forget)Was again patient and the tone of the email was both professional and courteous.

Overall the experience from start to finish was exceptional, cannot recommend highly enough

I had an excellent experience with my pc. I was able to change some settings before the pc was in progress and had a great experience overall.

The machine arrived when they said it would. Very happy.

I bought the computer for gaming and photo editing, it cost me a small fortune so I hoped it would speed up my workflow compared to my old PC.

Unfortunately it performs slower than the old PC despite having much better specs, it's actually slowed my editing down to the point I'm thinking about returning the PC.
PC Specialist have advised a fresh install on Windows but I'm not confident doing stuff like that. I understand Windows causes issues, but for the money I spent I wanted a super PC capable of multi-tasking at high speeds.

I can't fault their build time and delivery though, the PC was put together and sent very quickly.

I found the pre-made desktop PC on the site which suited my needs exactly. It arrived promptly the next day. It was easy enough to set up and has so far been everything I wanted.

Recommended service. Several options to build your own PC or laptop to the spec you require. Good after sales service too as I had some questions regarding getting the MS Office software purchased with the laptop up and running as it didn't appear to be available but all was sorted via online support chat. Also used online chat to ask questions along the way and got friendly and helpful service
