The PC I recieved from this company was extremely well built. Fired up like a dream straight out of the box and greatly pleased with my purchase. Tech Support is also second to none, went over and above in attempting to solve an issue I had with a graphics card which, unfortunately they were unable to, fair play to them. I managed to solve the issue mysef eventually. In my opinion guys, if you want a PC, laptop or anything, these guys are the must have and go to. 100% no brainer!!

The build time was really quick and the pc was excellent on arrival, it was paciwell to keep it safe , cable management was perfect and neat , I didn't know how to change the colours of the lights as they didn't show in icue , the team guided me through the process of doing it through armoury crate and solved my issue , this is my second pc from them and am currently saving up for another . Excellent team of professional builders.

I ordered the Scout ultra 5 II on 05/04/2026 and it arrived on the 7th, set up was quick and easy with updates taking no longer than an hour, so far I've found 0 faults with the PC and performance when gaming has been perfect.

I bought the PC from the spec my 14 year old son gave me (it was for his 14th birthday). An item was out of stock but PC Specialist let me know straight away, along with the available options as a replacement. I had to call a couple of times to clarify some information but I never waited long and felt listened to and was given the best advice. PCSpecialist is a good company, particularly when it comes to enabling you to build your own custom PC. Not only does it give you a wide range of selectable components, but it also describes them in sufficient detail to allow you to make informed choices. Keeping you informed about the various stages of the build could be better, but is sufficient.

As an inexperienced PC user, I had many questions regarding the build of my PC, all of which were answered quickly. The PC arrived safely was quick to set up and works perfectly.

Very custom PC was built to an excellent standard and delivered to me rapidly

We purchased a PC Specialist bespoke computer 10 years ago and it is still working well, which is a testament to the quality of their products.

It was time for an upgrade and after careful review we found that PC Specialist is still well ahead of the competition.

PC Specialist are the best I've been with them for years and I've had no problems. other than one old IDE Hard drives started playing up but swapped it out for a solid-state drives that fix it but the pc it self was solid as a rock and that was years ago and still running now I think it was around 2006 I'm on my third pc with pc Specialist just to keep up with the times. but I enjoy going through my components sorting the best for my budget or you can just buy a pre-built from a selection of pc's so give them a call I would definitely recommend PC Specialist to anyone .

This is my second PC from this firm and I am very pleased with the service and product. It's easy to phone support and receive advice, as I did. No waiting and I was reassured that my specific choices reflected what I wanted to use the computer for, i.e. editing photos. The whole experience was smooth and easy.
