PC Specialist Ltd Reviews 

I spent 2 days trying to get through to pc specialist - waiting over 10 mins, each time.
I then sent an email stating I wanted to buy a pc from them, saying that I'd been repeatedly trying to get through on the phone & asked for someone to call me back. The next day I received an email from someone called Martin saying they were too busy.
I decided to try another pc company who I got through to immediately and have now ordered a pc worth nearly 5K from them.
I hope whoever owns pc specialist sees this review and does something about their customer service - because of your poor customer service you just lost nearly 5k in sales!

Starting from ordering, extra discount with voucher, personalised quick assistance, customization, key updates on assembly and finally installation help via email, everything was very smooth like a well oiled machine! Well done guys for what you do to help people get the best possible PC as per their needs. I will definitely recommend to my friends. Thank you.

Simple ordering process, regular updates on progress, quick delivery. Excellent service.

Was fairly quick and easy to purchase. Only negatives was delivwey time which was handled by a third party courier. The price is higher than what you would expect for parts involved but thats the price for not building yourself and takjng essy route

Easy to customise and order your product,delivery came fast. So far testing out the laptop and works and feels great.

Ordered just before Christmas and was delighted it was delivered Christmas eve. The progress updates were great addtion. So far pc performing to expectations. Highly recommend.

Great laptop, grandson very happy with it and it arrived just before XMas excellent delivery as well.

The way PCSpecialist laid out the process from start to finish was great as well and a message every time it moved onto the next stage.

Its rare to see such a well-oiled process and acompanied by fantastic communication that does put well known brands to shame :-)

The pc is great, their costumer service was great.

Computers returned to you because of unpaid duty on €13. 1 computer came with no duty so when we got a request to pay €13 for 3 further computers we thought it was a scam. We were no made aware of any duty payable by yourselves. This has delayed us by at least 3 weeks

Great company to deal with. Pro-active and gave updates during the build. Arrived on time and in great condition. Well packaged. Easy to assemble.

Delighted with my PC. It is extremely well built with great cable management too. You get updates on how your order is progressing when you log into your account. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants a reliable PC build

I am delighted with my laptop. It is a really high end, top quality machine, custom made and much cheaper than major brands available in electronics stores. Communication on the build was really helpful. It was packed very well for postage too. I will definitely use this company again.

I had an excellent experience with PCSpecialist from start to finish. The entire process from configuration to delivery was smooth, transparent, and professional.
The custom PC configuration options are outstanding. Every component is clearly explained, compatibility is well handled, and pricing is competitive for the quality offered. It’s obvious PCSpecialist caters not just to casual buyers, but also to enthusiasts and professionals who know exactly what they want.
Build quality was excellent. The system arrived perfectly assembled, clean cable management, and thoroughly tested. Packaging was very secure, with internal protection to ensure nothing moved during shipping.

Pc ordered.
Arrived and as soon as it was turned on it sounded like a jet plane taking off.

I discovered it was due to a dust cover fouling the fans. Removed dust cover and sound disappeared.

Informed pc specialist who despite me telling them the cause of the issue was the dust cover sent me out the exact same dust cover.

When contacted again Pc specialist said all that they could do was a full rebuild of the pc with a new case as the case they had used was "incompatible" with the fans they supplied.
Was assured in this email that that type of case would be removed from their site as it wasn't compatible with the fans they used.

We agreed to a complete rebuild which was also due to solve an issue with Bluetooth which didn't work from the start.
We chose a new case from the list that the pc specialist representative provided and were assured that their would be no downtime between them collecting the defective PC and us recieving the new pc.
Not true, we were without a pc for approximately a week and new games that the son had downloaded on the original pc which he only had use of for a couple of weeks were obviously lost with no recompense from pc specialist for this.

Fast forward to receiving the "complete rebuild" and lo and behold it arrives with the same issue and exact same type of case that PCSPECIALIST had told us was removed from their site because it wasn't compatible with the products they used.

This just goes to show the fact that they don't test PC's once assembled.

Call backs promised and not received and zero satisfactory answers from pc specialist.
Shame on them.

Over 30 emails and in excess of 5 hours spent on the phone and still no resolution from them. Avoid.

Very customisable, clear and informative part picker. Lots of info everywhere, constant updates on the status order. Literally one of the best buying experiences i had.

Excellent service with no issues relating to the order web facilities, the clear and regular communication or the delivery date (arrived a day earlier than expected - even to Ireland!)

Well made and fast turnaround. I had to take off 1 star because the USB sockets on the front were not properly connected. It just needed a bit of a wiggle once I found the right thing to wiggle after consulting the case manual.

This is my second order from yourselves. 1st I got a laptop and because of the amazing care and service you provide, even giving assistance when the laptop was overheating or having an issue, when it came to getting my PC tower I didn't even consider looking elsewhere. My family have so far purchased 2 laptops and 2 pc towers from yourselves. Anyone who we know looking for a PC or laptop we recommend you guys without hesitation.

As its busy season in work I havent had as much time to enjoy my PC as I would like, however I LOVE it. Everything runs so smooth and quiet. I can work I can play ad I dont have to worry if my system can handle all the tasks I need to do.
I am over the moon.
