Have not received the package. No real company.

Have not received the package.
PDN Express is not responding to emails, texts or calls.
List as "Unable to Deliver - Recipient Refusal", but did NOT talk to anyone, as it was attempted to be delivered to a business on a Sunday, with no one there.

No follow-up delivery attempts, no answer as to where it might be or if picking up is an option.
Like dealing with a porch pirate, but they are supposed to deliver the package.

Tracking this company has produced no real company or people.
Trustpilot puts them at 1.3 Stars from 483 reviews.
Failure to respond to 58 complaints filed against them. They seem to keep or resell the packages.

I would like to give ZERO star if I…

I would like to give ZERO star if I could! The merchant decided to use PDN. They showed up buzzed the door and immediately dashed as I buzzed them in. Stating item not able to be delivered due to unanswered call. We have camera footage showing otherwise. Trying to contact them, phone number doesn't work, no response to email, no next step. Are you just keeping my package? What a scam company. I urge whoevers reading to avoid using this logistics service at all cost! Canada post is amazing comparing to these clowns.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Out of two delivered by PDN. Both packages got stolen. As soon as I got the notification of delivery I got to the door. There was no package. I think it’s the same guy taking the package before punching in the delivery notification.

Package being held at facility for over a month

The package is being held in a facility two hours away and they refuse to answer any emails regarding when it will be delivered. There is no address for the facility in Toronto, and the phone numbers are not active. It has been a month and I have to assume the package is never arriving.

Not even worth 1 star if you asked me! I've never heard of this delivery company (I live in the Netherlands) and I just received an email saying that they delivered my package. Delivered yeah right!!! Dropped in front of my door. Anyone can take my package and also it's raining. What kind of service is this. Im telling you these delivery companies/people are getting worse by the minute. I will file for a complaint with shop that I order my things and never use this ******** company again!

Weeks of Silence, No Tracking Updates

I ordered a product in September that shipped in October. PDN Express received it on November 4th and last updated the tracking on November 17 ("departed facility"), and since then there has been no movement or communication. My parcel has been stuck for nearly two weeks with no updates. This level of delay and lack of transparency is very concerning. They don't answer phone calls or emails either.

Scam

They attempted to deliver my parcel to the wrong address and even took a photo of a random door that was not my address. They said the reason they couldn’t deliver was due to my building’s holiday closure (my flat doesn’t close for holidays). They ignored all my emails and still have my package.

Hiding crooks!

These crooks claim my parcel was delivered and provide a picture of the parcel as proof. The picture does not show anything else that is recognisable to show the location (outside of building or else). This is not proof!

They do not respond to e-mail, they don’t answer their phone, don’t respond to voicemail. Their office number is not listed!!! What business does not list a phone number…unless they are crooks hiding!!

I paid good money for my product which they either stole or incorrectly delivered…and they don’t care!

Worst carrier in history

Worst carrier in history. If they ever bother to respond to you, they lie. My package is long lost or stolen. Tracking says it left Toronto (a couple of hours away) Nov 7th, and then it left Toronto again on Nov 17th. Then there is a message that customer confirmed address, which they always had and never contacted me about it. Parcel should have been delivered 3 weeks ago, and is nowhere to be found

PDN leaves packages on the street

PDN as delivery service sucks. They literally chucked my package in front of my door on the street and left it there. When contacted, they mention they didn’t get ‘delivery instructions’ and then always leave the package in a ‘relatively safe place’; In my case, fully in an open street on the pavement in Rotterdam.

I’m surprised delivery instructions needs to be given to understand that buyers expect the service to deliver the package TO THEM. Not their vicinity. The reply I got was to check the safety cameras.
For me to access those I need to go to the police to report something stolen. WHYYY?????

Tip: if possible, mention don’t use PDN, or mention you expect the delivery service to deliver the package to you.

Joke company?

Tracking just stopped after it left local facilities and that was about 10 days ago. Customer service is inexistant, the phone number written on their website is a fake one and they don't seem to answer emails.

DO THEY EVEN EXIST?

They are basically ghosts. They’ve been holding my package hostage for more than 20 days and it’s impossible to know anything about it. Their phone numbers don’t work, no one answers or the line drops, I’ve lost count of how many calls I’ve made for nothing. The emails is a fake because they don’t reply, I don’t even know how many follow-ups I’ve sent at this point. They have my package hostage and I’m desperate. The sender can’t do anything because they also have no way to contact them. I hope that whoever stole my package (at this point there’s no other explanation) ends up spending all their money on medicine that won’t even help them get better. They deserve the worst.

PDN Express???

Package arrived in Canada from China in 7 days . At this point PDN has had the Package for almost a month with a couple of updates. Those provided said the package was out for delivery - twice sent this. They don't respond to any emails or phone calls. Even tried their Linkedln email. From all the other reviews it makes you wonder if this is a real company? Would highly recommend to never use this company. No updates/address/emails.
