I was really worried, but it was okay

I was worried about even receiving my package after reading the reviews of this courier company, but I didn't have nearly as bad of an experience as most other reviewers. The tracking information stated that my package was out for delivery at 10pm, which concerned me and made me lose sleep in anticipation, but I didn't get the package at night, or during the day, or the next night after. I received my package a day and a half after tracking stated it was out for delivery. Not great, but everything in the package was there and in good condition. My neutral-ish experience should not take away from everyone elses negative experiences though, as since my experience does share similar aspects with other peoples' experiences.

Although a frustrating experience....

Although a frustrating experience, they ultimately delivered the package okay, and also replied and communicated to me via email. It took a LONG time after it reached them in Amsterdam. It was just a shirt I bought from an online store based in Hong Kong. But I did get the package.

Worst courier imaginable

Worst courier imaginable. No communication and fake updates. If you see them come up as a courier service, cancel or edit your order immediately. You can't contact these scammers. I have never seen such a negatively rated courier service anywhere.

PDN is terrible.

Placed an order through AliExpress on July 20th. Says it’s supposed to come on August 3rd. Today is august 10! I went and tracked my package ID through their “website”. The package status has been stuck in “departed from our facility” for 7 days. This company has not answered any of my calls or emails, matter of fact I sent like 4 emails. No response, no package, no nothing. If your package is under PDN’s hands. Please ask for a refund or change it ASAP. This company is terrible and possibly a scam, probably some scheme going around since I cannot find their “facility”. Terrible customer service (probably none at all) and a terrible company. Fu Pdn

Misleading photos

On paper all looks great, 3 pictures were added in order to prove they delivered the parcel in my mailbox. However this picture shows the outside of my mailbox, the parcel on the photo will never fit in the mailbox opening, As such parcel is never delivered and no trace of it.

Good service

I was so stressed something would go wrong because of all the reviews online. I received my package from China within 10 days. The delivery person was professional, leaving my package in secure lock box in my apartment lobby. This item delivery was a very precious deck of cards, a collector item and I’m super happy everything went well. Maybe pure luck but I’m grateful.

I thought I’d write my experience, not all deliveries are bad from this company and wish I wouldn’t have worried so much lol

PDN attempted delivery at 2 AM

PDN attempted delivery at 2 AM. What average person is available at that time?

They claimed I didn't answer buzzer but my phone showed no buzzer call. Also no notice or follow up instruction. Will they re-attempt? Do I pick it up somewhere? Who knows???

Second attempt fails delivery


I'm extremely disappointed with the delivery service for the second time. Despite my clear instructions, the package was again delivered to the wrong address. This time, it was left at the back door of a different house, which is unacceptable.

The lack of attention to detail and failure to follow instructions is concerning. I'm starting to question the reliability of this delivery service. I hope they take steps to improve their processes and ensure accurate deliveries in the future.

I would rate 0/5 experience since they could not correctly deliver to the address indicated.

10:20 pm delivery attempt. Way too late!

Two delivery attempts missed so far. Last night, I was walking my dog and they were buzzing and calling me to deliver my package at 10:20 pm. I texted the driver to say it’s quite late to be delivering packages. He said they deliver until 11 pm which is totally outrageous! I’m waiting for tomorrow and hopefully get my package.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Says out for delivery and was home all day and night waiting. Next morning get a text saying unable to deliver saying I did not answer the phone or buzzer. No one called or buzzed. Now no response to re-delivery. Last time this company was involved in a package to me same thing and it took five days for it to be ready to be picked up. I had to drive one hour to their warehouse to get the parcel. Waited 20 min for someone to answer the door. Just the worst company ever!

Unreliable, contact info does not work

Shocking! It made its way faster over the pond and to the destination city than to my home… seriously?! What is going on - I bought a present and it won’t make it in time for the occasion!
The phone numbers don’t work, nobody responds to emails, what kind of logistics company is this? AVOID AT ALL COST, PLEASE!!

DECLARED UNDELIVERED WITHOUT CALLING

This company is horrible. They 1st came, sit inside their car and take a picture of my package and took a picture of the door and tell me Undelivered. Second they came at 12:30 am in the morning, I was asleep. No calls. They are lazy!! Hard to communicate with them. My package still not delivered!!!!
