Sneakers arrived in the end and i have no complaints but i waited full 3 months.

You better stay away from this shop. Very unprofessional. Ordered watch. After a week I send email and I was asking about my order. They said it will be delayed one week. After another week they said it will delayed for another week so decided to cancel my order. I should get my refund in 14 days but I got after over 20 days. I was fighting for my refund- good few emails,few calls. Never again. They sell product which is not in the stock. They don't care about customers...👎👎👎

My experience was very bad: I ordered my item on 5th Dec. Kept waiting and enquiring over email - no response at all! Tired of waiting for email response, I called and everytime I called I was told in 2d it will be delivered at your place. Tired of waiting for delivery I cancelled my purchase on 5th Jan - and, I was told in 2w I will get the refund. Since 19th Jan, they caused same trouble to issue a refund. Finally after hell lot of embarassment and frustration, I see refund in my account on 30th Jan. Run by some Mr. Binkert - who seems to have lost the concept of customer satisfaction. Highly unprofessional/embarrasing staff and customer management. Not recommended at all.

Müde vom Warten auf die Lieferung habe ich meinen Kauf am 5. Januar storniert - und mir wurde in 2 Wochen gesagt, dass ich die Rückerstattung erhalten werde. Seit dem 19. Januar haben sie die gleichen Probleme verursacht, um eine Rückerstattung zu veranlassen. Endlich, nach verdammt viel Verlegenheit und Frustration, sehe ich am 30. Januar eine Rückerstattung auf meinem Konto. Geleitet von einem Herrn Binkert - der das Konzept der Kundenzufriedenheit verloren zu haben scheint. Sehr unprofessionelles / peinliches Personal und Kundenmanagement. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

I ordered end of May a graphic card in this shop. After some days they announced me it was delayed. It's now three months ago and I still haven't received anything despite many contact tentatives. The delay story is also nonsense because I was able to order just the same graphic card and get it delivered 1 day later last week. I also still didn't get any refund and they don't answer mails anymore. Definitively no recommendation.

I had a very good experience with this seller when I ordered the sink (which was a rare product in the market at the moment of the order). Opposite to the service of Amazon.de (where I previously ordered the same product) which was extremly bad since they simply failed to deliver the item, the service of this seller was very proffessional and quick. Given my previous experience with Amazon I called the seller by phone to check whether they have the item in the stock and to ask about the delivery. I was reassured that the order would be processed immediately and was told that the item will be delivered within 8-10 working days based on similiar previous experience. It turned out that it arrived even quicker (6 working days). It is also worth to mention that the ordered item was well protected in the package. All in all, I am very satisfied with the attitude and good work of the seller.

January 27th i ordered one AEG oven. Got nothing delivered. I waited 6 weeks before i contacted Pearvillage. The don't answer my mail. Then i used chatfunction. I said that i want to cancel my order and get my money back. They said they gone fix this. Now 3 weeks later stil no money back, no oven. no answering....

It took one day longer for delivery, but I expected that in the "Black Friday, Cyber Monday,..." month.
