I received a Peebled voucher from my wife so I could finally get my website up and running for our small business. After many failed attempts of me contacting them trying to redeem my voucher I decided to get in touch of “Living Social” the company that issued the voucher. They were kind enough to try and make contact with Pebbled. After they failed making contact all we could do was wait. Somone finally got back to me from Peebles with some information. I have been trying to get hold of them again now for 3 weeks with no reply. I have contacted “Living Social” for a refund. Please dont use this company. You will regret it.

Couldn’t thank the Pebble team enough. They are pleasant to work with and quick to complete tasks. I recieve reply’s quickly and returned tasks completed with 48 hours. I would recommend anyone who needs design services on a budget, talk with Pebble.

I signed up to pebbled about 6 months ago now, and have been utilising their services whilst my digital agency has been growing, they've been pretty much the backbone of our agency.

There have been times where the speed hasn't been exactly as what's expected however the quality has been amazing, I'm looking forward to them building their backend task submission software which will speed up the timeframes as that's the only concern, everything at the moment is received manually without a ticketing system. I do understand it's an extremely affordable service for the quality and the amount of work I have completed, the support team have always been super lovely and the quality & standard has been thus far unmatched. I'm sticking in my beta price points whilst awaiting their task submission software is being developed, I believe I'll be staying with pebbled for a long time and am looking forward to scaling my digital agency with them.

Over the last month I've had about 7x logos done with probably over 20 revisions and additional concepts, business card, and a few landing pages completed for my clients, so far my clients have loved the concepts and the freedom of changing their minds.

Support has been extremely lovely and the timeframes have been drastically faster since I've upgraded my subscription.

It's a shame there's no ticketing system at this point in time, however I'm hanging in there whilst they're in beta until their process is fully developed, a couple of speed bumps but nothing that's impacted the quality or standard of the completed projects to date.

A terrible experience which is not worth the trouble. Communication is almost impossible with them, even at their top tier subscription claiming ‘priority support’. General questions would take a week for a simple reply and another week if you immediate wrote back a follow up.

The company was amazing to deal with. I got a voucher off Living Social and the value for money was outstanding. There were plenty of logo designs made available for me, and the staff has no issues with how many times I changed my mind or wanted something added. When I am in a position for a website design I will 100% go to Pebble. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you!

I tried out pebbled because of what they claimed to offer. Which was loads of awesome design and development help with unlimited revisions, which seemed too good to pass up. However, as the saying goes, if it looks too good to be true, it often is.

After signing up I was on boarded nicely and got cool emails and invited to a slack channel. I submitted a brief for a mobile app design and when I got it back they had essentially copied our website, which was nowhere near what the brief explained to do. They claimed they thought about asking for clarification, but somehow ended up not doing that, which would have saved everyone valuable time. Off for a revision! While waiting for that, I submitted some more briefs for business cards and facebook ad designs. I also inquired about some help with some backend development tasks, which from my understanding should have been included in my "enterprise" plan. After going away to ask the developers, the answer I got in return was "no we don't cover that".

Needless to say, after over a weak of waiting, the revision of the mobile app never came - and I never asked... oh well. When the first draft of the business cards finally came, I was not impressed, same story for the facebook ads.

There was absolutely no skill or thought put into any of the designs I had received. At first I was super excited to try pebbled.io, however was quickly let down and made to regret my decision to try them. Honestly the service made my life stressful and took valuable time away from me, which frankly, I don't really have to spare.

On the other hand, the people I spoke with were actually very helpful and understanding. In the end, I found that the service was not for me. Maybe for you it could be different, but unless they charge 8 times as much, I don't think they could begin to hire the right amount of talent needed to satisfy their client base, which from what I understand, is growing too quickly.

Pebbled is a young company with very lovely staff. They really try and make the system work but for enterprises and companies who are serious about their design and development, pebbled is not the answer.

I upgraded to their enterprise plan in hopes to take off a bit of strain from the staff at my company but the turn around time and consistency of communication was really awful. They attributed this slow turn around time to growing pain but refused to refund my money even though I was not able to get the value of my plan.

Instead of a refund, they did offer an extended trial - which was super nice of them. Yet, communication with the team became a job in itself. The quality of the work looked like its was from fivver and even with detailed briefs, the thought put into the design work was minimal.

Although I do not have personal experience hiring the team for development, getting an answer about a development project was a series of broken telephone as our slack channel contained over 10 people with no direct point of contact.

Once again, everyone on the team was super nice and did the best they could but I highly recommend going with a single freelancer as it will be much cheaper and less of a headache.
