Im a fan of the former Pebley Beach…

Im a fan of the former Pebley Beach Hyundai now part of the Platinum Motor Group. They look after both our cars and have done for a number of years. The most recent occassion i used the service dept the event was slightly tarnished. The work involved took much longer tham first thought 3 additional days in total. The work was done well, and fair value for money too. But what tarnished things was that although i rang several times, left voicemails for a call bsck, sadly nothing happened until i chased things up. The service dept number including the right extention just rang and rang. Im nearly an hour from the deskership and needed to plan ahead for a lift.. not the Pebley Beach ive experienced in the past.. but i will still use them for sure

Great customer service

What makes us choose this Garage, over a more local one, is the excellent customer service. The difference in price is negligible but the experience is so much better. The Gentleman and Lady on the front desk were personable, helpful and made you feel like nothing was too much trouble, an asset to the company.

Service, MOT, Clean, Fetch & Return

Had my car collected, serviced, MOT, cleaned, returned. It all worked well, I felt fully informed and it was competitively priced. Staff I had contact with were helpful: Pete the driver and Beth who answered a query raised during the process helpfully and informatively and kept me up to date with progress.

Disappointing Experience not as it use to be

Car was booked in for service mot and replacement parking sensor which had been booked in twice before. We received only text and email instruction to say car is ready for collection after us querying this by us telephoning the garage they instructed us no it’s failed the mot on 2 points which we agreed to be done and would be ready next day.
On collection car we asked has the service been done they said NO
Been a Suzuki customer for 23 years never experienced customer service like this !!!! No telephone correspondence during car in garage we had to instigate phone conversation it was never like this when it was just Pebley Beach, the sad thing is we was going to buy new Suzuki this year because we love the cars but now have no faith in the dealership ……

Poor aftersales

The sales experience was very good. Aftersales not so good. When trying to book my interim service online lots of availability showing so I booked a suitable time and date. Subsequently received a call saying the availability onthe website didn't actually reflect the real availability and offering a date much further away and totally unsuitable. They did manage to fit me in at a suitable date but why doesn't website give many slots that don't exist? I also had an issue with a software update. They failed take any ownership of the issue and sent me away to sort it out myself. Not what I expected when spending the money I did on a car. I initially tried to contact them directly to discuss ( rather than just go straight to social media as I prefer to give a company the opportunity to sort things out ) they have chosen not to reply to me at all.

Excellent as ususal.

The Team were, as always professional, friendly and knowledgable. The works were done to a high standard and in a timely fashion. All in all an excellent service and excellent attitude toward their customers. 10/10.
