What a great company!! Found them on a Google search. Have an old pair of Dior sunglasses the frames were literally hanging on by one screw. In less then a week Peep Eyewear have returned my sunglasses looking perfect! They even stuck back on the Dior emblem free of charge. Their communication in the process was absolutely fantastic! What a great company. Highly recommended

I cannot recommend this company enough! Very responsive, reliable and super efficent. In less than a week I had a great new pair of glasses using my old lenses. Very pleased with end result and would definitely use them again.

Chris was super responsive and easy to deal with, the instructions were very clear, and my sunglasses were returned to me with new prescription lenses a week later. I very much appreciated such good service and I will definitely both use them again and recommend to friends. A great little company.

I've not used my favourite Prada glasses for ages as being held together with blu tack is not the best look. Found peep eyewear on google and was so pleased with the service - super quick, less than a week from sending to receiving the fixed glasses. You would never know they had been broken

Needed work doing on some bog standard Ray-Ban's and a pair of high end Italian glasses. The guys at Peep made every step easy and kept me informed all the way, from ordering to final dispatch. The specs were perfect on arrival. The Italian specs were a virtual rebuild. Have recommended Peep to my friends and will definitely use Peep again. Superb

Found PEEP by chance with Google. I wanted the arms replaced as one of the arms was fractured. Peep have either welded or brazed the fractured arm meaning the arms don't need altering. Many thanks. Saves going to Specsavers! (In fact, Specsavers only wanted to sell me new complete spectacles - after an eye test).

Came across PEEP Eyewear by sheer chance, after my High St Chain quoted me an extortionate amount to purely Tint my lenses. I was a little hesitant sending my glasses in the post...
I did and I had excellent customer experience from Chris & Jo through WhatsApp Chat.
My Glasses arrived today in super fast time, and I'm so happy 😊. Can't wait for the sun to come out so I can happily wear my sunglasses 😎.

I had the arm of my Gucci sunglasses repaired by Peep Eyewear, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. There was a slight issue when I first got them back—the arm was fixed perfectly, but there was a scratch on the lens. As soon as I let them know, they handled it so professionally and quickly.

I spoke to Chris on the phone, and he was so helpful—it was really nice to be able to talk to someone directly and feel reassured that everything would be sorted. Peep sent me a free postage label to return them, and instead of just trying to fix the scratch, they went the extra mile by sourcing brand-new replacement lenses directly from Gucci. Once fitted, they sent my sunglasses straight back, good as new!

The whole process was easy, their customer service was brilliant & the turn around time was really impressive too.

I’d 100% recommend Peep to anyone looking for eyewear repairs & I’ll absolutely be using the service again. Thank you!

I really love my designer glasses and I want to avoid replacing them, but they've been looking really dull after 4 years of wearing them daily.

I just got them back from Peep's Polish service and I'm over the moon at how shiny they've become again. I'll keep on using them until my glasses can't take it any more.

Was gutted when my fav Ray-bans started to fall apart after 30 or so years, frames needed straightening and nose arms replacing. Peep Eyewear came to the rescue when Ray-ban themselves either couldn't or wouldn't. Service was excellent and speedy. Will use again, I have more for them to fix.

Chris was very helpful and attentive. My glasses proved to be impossible to fix (due to my amateur attempts!), so Chris suggested a new pair from their stock. They are fantastic and stupidly reasonable compared to the chain opticians. I will be back for my next pair.

Glasses were sent off for broken side replacement, but due to the unusual hinge fitting, it was impossible to find a best match side. But Chris came up with a great solution—he found an alternative frame that the lenses fitted into perfectly, and at no extra charge.
Great customer service, was kept informed throughout, delighted with end result!

Really great experience with Peep. I had a good chat with Chris on the phone, we discussed sustainability and the fact certain high street opticians refuse to put new lenses in old frames preferring to make you buy new frames. I whatsapped Chris a pic of my glasses whilst on the phone and he said they were fine for new lenses and walked me through the online order process. Duly sent my glasses to him and they were delivered back to me a while later with the new lenses. An excellent service and pleased to be able to support small business. Thank you!

Sent my glasses away for repair for a solder as frame was snapped got them back a week later and frame still snapped £40 wasted and still no glasses, avoid

Having had the lens fixing screw/bracket broken on a pair of glasses, I was looking for somewhere/someone who could (hopefully) repair them.
Out of the blue, I happened to be watching a TV programme about a lake district diving team who found peoples belongings dropped into e.g.lakes.
The programme featured a company called Peep Eyewear who repaired glasses.
I gave them a call, had a chat to Chris and duly sent the glasses off to 'Peep'.
Glasses came back, within a week (great turnaround!) looking like new and at a very reasonable price.
First class all round.! Would gladly recommend them.
