We have had several amazing trips as a result of exchanges on PLU. We have always felt comfortable with the people we have exchanged with and all of my reservations about home exchange have gone.

I love the website and platform with its very easysearch capabilities. As well as how easy the exchange was . . . seamless in fact. The person that we did our first exchange with was very helpful with explaining how it all worked. I am looking forward to exchanging with many like-minded homeowners thank you for creating the platform

What really helped me was my meet up in Dublin, as I am a new member. It was so helpful to actually talk thru how the process of PLU works. Now I will have a globe to use which is very positive.

Sharing homes with other world travelers is always an adventure! It's fun to actually live in the communities of places we visit. And we thoroughly enjoy meeting and hosting visitors at our place.

People that you meet and places that you know on the way. We had the choice to visit Paris during Olimpic Games, something that neither me neither my children expected to live.

The most important thing for me is the trust I've developed in both the platform and the PLU community through positive experiences over time. In my view, PLU is the most trustworthy home exchange platform.
Exploring new destinations through the homes of families from different cultures and backgrounds is an incredible experience. It is built on mutual trust, which makes it unique. Beyond being affordable, this way of traveling opens the door to authentic discoveries and local experiences that most commercial trips simply cannot offer.

PLU is a smaller home exchange community filled with wonderful, generous, interesting people. I am so grateful to be a part of this group.

I have been a PLU member for four years and it has changed the way we travel. We have more than 300 nights of exchanging over 30+ different swaps. It is a fun way to explore the world and PLU makes sure it's safe.

I like People Like Us. Exchangers are more friendly than HomeExchange. The latter tend to be more transactional. However, PLU needs to build their membership to offer more exchange possibilities. I suggest charging less for membership to build it. At this time, PLU offer is weaker because of fewer exchange options.

We have only been with People Like Us for about 7 months, but we are very happy with it so far. We started local, as suggested. We have met two wonderful couples with whom we have upcoming exchanges and have been hosted three times in hospitality mode. People Like Us is a community of generous, passionate, respectful people. The platform is dynamic and improving constantly. We love the look of the platform, the mentor program, the flexibility of different types of exchanges, and Globes and Plutos. The name says it all - People Like Us. No home ratings. Just people who care and who are willing to open their homes, reach out to others, and develop relationships. For us, that’s what it is about- developing relationships and learning about other cultures. We looked at other home exchange sites, but this is the one we decided to try and we have no regrets! We are looking forward to renewing and expanding our sights to overseas destinations.

People Like Us Home Exchange has been a game-changer for our family when it comes to travel. By joining this community, our ability to travel has exploded. Drew has done an exceptional job in creating such a kind and supportive community. We love PLU!
