Awful experience number is fake aswell as email ordered on 6th December still not recieved anything am in process of reporting to bank as a fraudulent company

Placed order a month ago still waiting have emailed company 20 plus times to have like two replies saying be patient the emails are not written professionally!! I am taking further action !! My son had to go without Xmas present £200 trainers I really should of checked the site out !! But who would think google would allow these kinda sites on her !! Please please don’t order from this site !!

Ordered on 16th Dec and told items dispatched not dispatched. Am I getting them yes or no??? Refund requested will I actually get it HUMMM !!!!

Ordered trainers on 15th December, still not delivered. Phone number on website does not exist.
Emails are not responded to.
Do not believe the positive reviews they are fake!

Purchased Yeezy Boost 700 V2 in cream for my daughters Christmas in a size uk 6.5. They came just over a week after ordering. She is over the moon with them. I am going to order my son a pair of Yeezy boost 350 V2 in black. Excellent item, price and great fast service. Very happy Mum & daughter and soon to be son ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

this company is the worst i’ve ever came across. customer service doesn’t exist.. they sent a fake tracking number.. never received my parcel.. i was lucky enough i could claim my money back through my bank! i would avoid buying anything at all cost from this company

Item never received - Tried contacting them and got a reply with fake Royal Mail tracking number which never existed. After that no email replied. Don't buy from them.

Finally opened a chargeback through bank.

Ordered on 13th December, still no trainers or tracking info, asked for a refund - no reply. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE

Fake company, Fake emails and Fake telephone number, I don't know how Google allows criminal to take people money like that, Don't buy from this fake company.
they take the money and product never comes.

No stars ,ordered Nike Vapormax flyknit triple black trainers at £135 have never received them ,I have informed the bank but heard nothing from them either .

Really bad seller if they are a seller my order never came and e mails they sent I think were written by a 5 year old I went through bank as definately a scam bank gave me money back

THEY HAVE TAKEN THE PAYMENT AND THE ORDER IS STILL SITTING AS UNFULLFILLED!

THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL, SO THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK IS TO TAKE A CASE OUT WITH YOUR BANK, AND THAT WILL TAKE TIME FOR THE BANK TO INVESTIGATE & REFUND.

Ordered my daughter some jordans last month then read these comments, I thought I’ve been scammed too. But happy to say they turned up Christmas Eve, and it made her Christmas. Can’t fault anything, they even told me tracking number would only issue update when Royal Mail bothered to collect. Can’t fault product or communication.

I actually received my order and am very happy with it although communication was bad. The trainers are excellent. 3 weeks to receive

I searched everywhere for reviews before ordering. Emails are in very broken English and time stamped not in the UK. Saying my order will come for Christmas. Contacted credit card company hoping I can get the cash back!

Should have checked trust pilot first - scam - even now they are telling me my son’s Christmas present for £110 will be delivered per their terms n conditions - their lies are endless !! Reported to bank but, as many others here, have to wait 15 days to hope for monies back - avoid !! Scumbags who don’t care about ruining families Christmas’s .

Just received my order and very happy with my Nike Jordan’s, cant wait to see my daughters face on Christmas Day as she’s wanted these since released…also good communication regarding delay in arriving..which I might add was royal mails fault rather than perfect sneakers themselves…would definitely recommend

As the others have said here. Scammed! Thank goodness I paid with credit card but my son is now without a Christmas present.
