Bracelet arrived. Not the best quality of actual bracelet. I thought it was a good idea and put my late husbands picture in it, but very poor quality for the money.

I have just ordered a set of cufflinks for a friends 50th. The cufflinks case was engraved. I was a little nervous having read the bad reviews. But I have to say that everything has gone well. Cufflinks are great, Engraving was lovely and delivery was as detailed. I would recommend everyone to ignore the negative and order!!

Bought some personalised dog tags 3 weeks ago (order PJ193923) and they have already gone very dull to the point you cant even see the engraving on them. In addition the chain snapped at the clasp after wearing them 4 times. Happy to send photos but would not expect this from sterling silver. Also bought a silver polishing cloth that does not improve the dullness of the tags.

Don’t bother buying from this company bad quality and on there website there’s only 5 star reviews.. convenient !! Ankle chain has a kink in it and the locket had a gap all around it So any keepsake you put in it like hair or ashes it will fall out and if you put a picture in it the water goes in it, it’s ruined and the catch on the locket was crap also but that’s normal apparently and they won’t replace it 👎

Stay away from this company
The jewellery is terrible quality and if you’re not happy they will not even consider refunding you.
They have a very convenient loophole to hide behind. If you have personalised your item you will not be refunded which probably applies to 99% of their customers as the company is obv all about personalising jewellery.
Buy your jewellery from a reputable jewellers not this awful company.

Poorly made look like it's came out of a 20p kids machine. Opened the pendant to put a photo in it and it snapped in half what a joke. Sent an email a week ago not received any reply. Will give another few more days for a response if not responded will be requesting a charge back through the credit card. AVOID.

Parcel was sent back on Tuesday so should be received today or tomorrow and I have post office proof of it being sent back. As for my other reviews, it's none of the business of the response of this company and is very unprofessional. Then again I would not expect anything less from this Mickey Mouse company. Look at the other reviews..
