I ordered a book mark

I ordered a book mark. When it arrived it was so small that its not fit for purpose and cannot be used as intended. Very poor quality and I suspect not all of it is silver. I shall be getting this independently checked. When I complained James left me 2 extremely rude voicemails threatening me with legal action if I post a negative review. Needless to say I don't intimidate. Avoid this company.

Very happy customer

I ordered a custom product and sent quite detailed instructions so I was a bit nervous that it would turn out alright. The necklace arrived today and it was stunning, so much better than I’d expected! The customer service was also good, when I called to ask about the status of my order, I received an email within 24 hours and it was dispatched within 24 hours. Very happy customer!

Fantastic experience, highly recommended

Fantastic experience, the customer service is second to none. I bought some dog tags for my husbands special birthday. I originally didnt have them engraved, but contacted the company to see if they would engrave them at a later date. Not only did they do a very professional job, they agreed to additional engraving afterwards at no cost to ourselves. A credit to their profession and would recommend them 100%. I will definitely use this company again, brilliant :0)

Worst customer service and after care ever!!!!

Ordered a pendant for a very special man and the pictures on the website looked ideal. Listed as suitable for a man but would not even give it to a child as so small and poor quality. Stated hallmarked on reverse of pendant but only hallmarked on the separate loop. I paid £129.99 so was not exactly cheap and it would have been an insult to give this to anyone. When I complained and requested a refund - their attitude was basically ...tough - you ordered it and we sent what you ordered so you don't get your money back. Unprofessional argumentative responses from customer services - they take your money and then they don't want to know.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY!!! Go to the shops instead

I am sorry to see you have left this feedback as we explained as best as we could what the situation is with personalised items. You purchased an item which showed the exact weight and measurements so it was up to you as the customer to read carefully to ensure this is was what you wanted so to then say we said 'tough' is not true and very unfair, the item you have purchased is exactly as described and you had it engraved so unsure what you expected us to offer in this situation? Personalised items cannot be resold therefore is no market value for us so we can't refund just because the customer decided it was not what they thought it was and expect us to compensate it and lose the payment, so because we had to refuse this it was decided to leave feedback that was both untrue and unfair.
Also we did not state as suitable for a man, we state unisex/child but again it is still up to the customer to check sizes.

ordered a silver chain with dog tag…

ordered a silver chain with dog tag engraved for the childrens dad 50th birthday was getting worried it would not arrive on time. so i emailed the company and i received a reply within hours to say they was sorry the chain had not been sent out. but they will send it out that day. i received another email to confirm the chain had been sent with a tracking number the chain arrived the day before his birthday i was very happy with the chain as was the childrens dad will order again from them

Avoid this company!!

Avoid this company!!
Purchased a necklace tag and it has started to tarnish. When contacted the company they pretty much said that’s how it is.
Disgrace, please keep away.

Sorry but tarnish is a natural process, we can't help how the tarnish affects some people and not others as it can be caused by many factors, high end jewellers have the same problem.It can be caused by medications, perfumes, the sweat in people's skin etc. We offered a cheap easy effective way to clean it back up but it must also be taken care of by yourself in between wearing, wiping regular with a soft cloth will keep it in excellent condition. We had to refuse a refund because this was not a fault with our jewellery.

Skeptical but was wrong

So, I was extremely skeptical seeing the 17% bad reviews but I gave it a shot. Due to covid the site even stated it may take longer than usual, I ordered a necklace for my wife and the day it was supposed to come it didn't. But I left it to them and wrote an email as soon as it want sent I got an email back and it was so polite they said it was sent gave me a tracking number the next few days it arrived and I was so happy so was my wife thanks again!
