Ordered grad necklace took ages to arrive! Didn’t check it properly until it was time to gift wrap and give to my daughter. It had black marks front and back! Cannot believe they would send this out the way it was! The necklace itself is very flimsy and tacky! Absolute RIP off! Waste of £55! Can only think the marks would be off the engraving. Tried to clean it but marks would not budge. My husband took it to our local jewellers who managed to get the black marks out thankfully! When I contacted them to let them know all I got was I’m sorry but now that you have got a third party involved to get it cleaned we cannot do anything for you! Our jewellers only charged £5 to clean it and when I suggested they refund that at least he didn’t want to know. Would think twice before ordering from personalised jewellery!!

Just be careful! Bought a bracelet, returned it as broke, with pre paid label back in September. Cannot contact by phone (due to covid!). Cannot get answer via 5 emails. Thought maybe they had gone bust but see on reviews people still receiving items so that cannot be the reason. Probably going to have to go down small claims route which I could do without.

I bought a silver pigeon necklace for a confirmation gift, it came quickly, it is beautiful, good quality engraved heart without error, I recommend it !!!

Excellent service and a beautiful product. I’d ordered the offset dogs tags with a poem engraved and the item was stunning. They hadn’t included the small chain for the offset tag but I received it the following day after I emailed about it. Will definitely use them again.

I wanted a keepsake present for our granddaughters 18th birthday, I wanted something traditional but different to the norm, I looked everywhere but I saw nothing that was different until I came across this site 'Personalised Jewellery,' and found the perfect present. This beautiful 'Necklace' and 'Key' was exactly what I was looking for, it is an absolutely beautiful piece of jewellery, I bought the Necklace in Silver but it does come in White Gold too. To suit our circumstances I needed the engraving changed a bit which they did without any problem at all, delivery was very fast and it all came in a lovely gift box. I am so impressed with this company, they did exactly what they said they would do, and our granddaughter loved her present, from start to finish it was a delight dealing with 'Personalised Jewellery.'

I bought a st. Christopher engraved chain as a special gift for my boyfriend as he was away to work away. He asked me if he could wear in the shower I said yes as it’s sterling silver. After a month the pendant is rusting and looks more like tin than silver. I contacted the seller and they sent me a video on how to clean jewellery. I don’t agree as the chain shouldn’t need cleaning and rather than give me a refund as the goods were not what was stated on the description they offered for me to send it back and clean it after a MONTH. I have contacted PayPal to get my money back as the seller is not doing so. Do not buy off this seller as it is upsetting that a personal gift goes rusty!!!

Was due to receive a chain today for a special birthday. DPD confirmed delivery today via text and email. Contacted DPD to see where my parcel was who told me they had not yet received it and to contact sender. Tried ringing sender but goes through to voicemail, tried emailing but no reply. Not a very happy customer!

Ordered 2 necklaces for my daughters as Bridesmaid presents and paid next day delivery. Four days later still not arrived and wedding is today. Have tried calling and emailing but can't get an answer. So upset with this company you have ruined a special moment on my wedding day.
