Beaver Pest control came to solve rat problem. they have done the treatment which was good. they have asked us to do rat proofing work to stop rats.

They have quoted us £822+ VAT for proofing which we agreed to pay, we made payment before their technician come for proofing work, when i made payment I have asked when and how many people are coming, they have instructed only 1 technician coming, i have told them are you sure 1 technician is enough for the work and they confidential said yes don't worry everything will be fine but when technician came he straight away said i am not doing this job alone it is 2 men job. A technician said office will contact you to rearrange this job with 2 men. They did not contact me for 2 days, i have contacted them after 2 days. they emailed me mentioned that we need 2 technician now for your job so your price will be double to £1659.

JUST DOBLED THE QUOTE

i would say double and triple confirm with them when they quote you because they can change easily and do not finish the job.

They have refunded my original payment but not finished the job. they did not even want to give any discount because it was their fault.

Super responsive and great service

Not only have I learnt a fair few gems of knowledge i am also able advise landlords of preventative measures,whether it be mice, rats, bed bugs or other pest issues.

I have worked with many pest control companies during my 11 year career but nothing beats Nigel or beaver pest control.

This gentleman was so polite and cautious in our home he explained anything that needed to be explained clearly and did not rush with his communication. he was a delightful person first thing in the morning and I would like to say thank you and we are grateful for his service.

Lovely people! I dealt with Monica, who arranged the appointment. Such a kind and helpful lady. 100s of wasps were in my hallway and it became an emergency. Monica moved the appointments and they came to my house the same afternoon. Steve came and did a thorough job throughout my house and loft to ensure all of the wasps were gone. A lovely, helpful person who explained everything. There are no wasps in my house now that Steve has been!

Thank you to Darren ... who saw my face of panic and terror when dealing with our mice problem at home, and responded as best he could. Darren was concerned and considerate, and did everything he could. Although it was all more than could be done on the spot, given the holes in the walls, etc, he baited everywhere, stuffed metal wool as much as he could, and made the most detailed report he could to offer to our landlord (he really went everywhere searching for source problems). To be honest, after a period of many triggered traps, and my hubby having to reassure me every night, we are relieved right now *touch wood!*

Was visited by Silviu and Courtney who were very polite and willing to investigate my rat problem thoroughly. It’s early days but they have given me confidence that this horrid proble will eventually be resolved.

My experience with Darren and Monica was surprisingly brilliant.
We had a flea infestation. Monica explained very carefully what the flea is up to and how to eradicate them. Along came Darren , very pleasant manner, explained what he was going to do.
We had two sprays at half the price of other companies with an insistent guarantee.
We also got a good understanding of the various household pests. Bed bugs don’t sound very friendly.
Great to deal with pleasant people.

I first saw a mouse in June and contacted the council who were not very helpful even though they are my landlord.
As a single mum on benefits I couldn't afford professional pest control.
The problem became an infestation with regular sightings and droppings/chewing evidence .I suffer with mental health issues and it got so bad I was not sleeping and had to see my doctor due to increasing panic attacks .My young daughter also saw one and is scared to go anyhere in house alone .My dad who is a widow and pensioner paid the £216 to get Beavers out as he was so concerned at how it was affecting us.
Silvana came out yesterday and baited house.
He was very kind and answered all my many questions and was understanding of my fears.
He reassured me Beavers would sort the mouse issue and care about there customers.
He explained that the mice are in wall cavities and showed me various entry points.
He explained the whole process very clearly and the importance of proofing to prevent them coming back.
There are many holes in home and I was told all will be filled but holes bugger than golf ball will be chargeable.
I'm worried as boiler cupboard,understair cupboard and kitchen have large gaps and are being used by mice .
I trust that Beavers will only charge whatcthey have to but pray I can afford it without getting into debt and my dad suffering financially .
I will write a review when I have quote and hopefully its something I'm able to go ahead with as I just want to feel safe at home

I've had a problem with wasps in the loft for the past couple of months - other companies had not been able to find the nest or resolve the issue. Csaba from Beaver Pest Control was brilliant - he spotted it within minutes of investigating and carried out treatment, and was also really reassuring talking me through what would happen next. Highly recommend this company, I am so relieved! THANKS CSABA!

Beaver Pest Control worked for me at Battersea Power Station on The Power Station redevelopment.

Eduart Enachi (Eddie) was fantastic, dealth with so many pest control issues including,

pigeons, crows, fly infestation, insects, Foxes, ferral Cats!! and even assisted when the Peregrine falcon chicks fell from the nest by accident.
nothing was ever a problem for Ed and team and i can honestly say was one of the most professional tradesman on the project (of over 3000)
i would have no hesitation in recommending Beaver to tackle any Construction or non Construction pest issues.

His Video of his humane fox capture and release will live long in the memory of those that received it.

Darren was a friendly, knowledgeable, and effective ant buster. After the first treatment the effect was obvious, definitely working, the second treatment was belt and braces. I would recommend this company and Darren for any ant issues.

There was a rat in the kitchen.

Great customer service on phone. They get someone round super quickly. The guy's name was Nigel... ex military, ex police and now he loves catching rats. So the perfect man for the job. It was great having him on the case. I'll miss his visits.

We contacted Beaver Pest Control as we had a persistent problem with moths in a kitchen larder which despite all our efforts (sealing food, throwing out items where there was evidence of moths etc) would not go away. Beaver sent around Csaba on 27 June. He was very professional and polite and immediately got to work finding where the larvae where being laid. He then spent a good amount of time spraying and dealing with the problem. It is now almost a week since the visit and so far so good. There has been no evidence of moths but we will obviously keep watching closely. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Beaver and Csaba to anyone facing a similar problem

Never heard of this great Company, but I was amazed at the service from Kirsty in the office to Csaba who came out to treat the problem.
I am really impressed by them, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely, a company to use if you want to deal with intelligent efficient personnel.
I am a real customer.
