Exactly as everyone says. I placed an order in DECEMBER and still don’t have any of the items in AUGUST! I told them to cancel the entire order.... didn’t want winter clothes in August. They sent an email saying I got a partial refund. I haven’t seen it anywhere. I continue to tell them to cancel it all for a full refund. Still haven’t seen the refund or the clothes.

They don’t even deserve one star!!
They are scammers!!!! On Pinterest under several names. Let Pinterest know and others so they aren’t ripped off anymore

This is a horrible company!! Never, Never order from them. They have these super cute clothes online and when you get them they are GARBAGE! The quality of the fabric and the construction is sub par. The fit is awful, and I wanted to return them. I had to send documentation of the poor fit and they did what I now see is a typical scam....it would cost too much to ship back to China and they will refund me $5.00 to keep them and donate them. Plus they operate on Facebook with other names and offer the same CRAP!!
I wish I could give them a 0 rating!!

BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM PETALPTIM: I had ordered 9 shirts. When I received them, they were too big and 'too young' for my style. I emailed them to say I wanted to send them back for a refund. They emailed me back saying it would cost me $45 to ship them back and offered me a refund or $35. I had paid close to $225 and agreed to the shipping costs I would incur. They kept emailing me back saying it would be too much for me to mail them back and kept offering me a $40 refund, then $50, then $60, then $70. I ended up emailing them 12 times over a month and a half to try to send the shirts back for a refund. After that, they just stopped emaing me back and would not give me their shipping address. I got so frustrated I finally took the $70 refund, not because I wanted to, but because they were would not help me. I never wore the shirts except to try them on.

As everyone else meantion, don't buy from this company you won't be able to return any items you don't like. Really annoying. I'm trying to file a dispute with my credit card. Wish I had come here first and saw these reviews...

I received confirmation my order shipped. It took weeks to deliver. When I did receive my order, only 1/2 the items I paid for were delivered. I contacted customer service. Told them the issue and also asked what address I needed to return items to that I didn’t want. Customer service avoided my question about where to ship back my items. Said I only received 1/2 my order because some of it was still in transit and that one of the items was out of stock. First of all, why wouldn’t I have been informed at the time of shipment if something was out of stock? Why wouldn’t I have received a separate email and tracking info if shipments were processed separately? It’s complete bull! I never received anything else in the mail. I filed a dispute w/ PayPal because customer service started ignoring me. Customer service said I had to close the dispute for then to issue a refund. I closed it and they’ve ghosted me again!! Complete scam. I got ripped off!!!

If I could have given them negative stars, I would have. It took forever to get all of the items that I ordered. I found out it was because they ship EVERYTHING from China. Nothing looked like the picture that is on the website and forget about the sizing being correct, at least as far as US sizing goes. I always wear a size 6 or medium, their sizes would fit a size 2-4 petite. You can not have shoulders if you want them to fit. I was too broad for 3/4 of the clothes. When I contacted them and told them that they were too small and looked nothing like the pictures as well as asking how do I send them back to exchange them. They told me to send them pictures of the items along with the tags. I did and then they told me not to send them back because it costs too much and takes too long and that they could get damaged during shipping, so, I should just donate them or give them to a friend that may like them. They offered no money back in return. It was an argument back and forth for two months and then they had the nerve to tell me that it was after the 30 days to return them when they are the ones that told me NOT to return them. They owed me $156.00 and the most they said they could give me back was $50.00! That offer came after they offered me $20.00 and gradually made it up to the $50.00!! This is a truly terrible "company" ( use the word company VERY loosely)!! Do not purchase anything from them EVER, you will be very unhappy.

Like others, I should have researched before spending monies. Other reviews on this site are an accurate representation of my experience with this business. Do not believe the imagery of the pictures and customer service is like dealing with high school kids.

I feel like a fool after reading all these reviews!! Should have read first...3 sweaters I ordered are the cheapest pieces of cloth I have ever seen. Trying to get a refund is a joke.. "send pictures", "return to China for $35 - $40", "give to friend or charity" , "can give you $5 refund, then $8 then $12" just like everyone else has said. If you order from this company or anyone else that has the same items, you will lose your money and get to keep very inferior products that probably won't fit yada, yada, yada....

Ditto to everything here. I specifically ordered items that were listed as all cotton because I can't wear synthetic fabrics--no labels, odd spell. Nothing looks like the pictures and they gave me the same run around on the return (send pics, etc.) When I read reviews after I received the crappy product and got their response on the return, I decided to make the best of being scammed...washed so i could at least wear with workout clothes, completely unwearable. Last time I trust an add in my Facebook stream. So disappointed. Do your research.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! This is a SCAM! The sweaters do not look as portrayed, extremely poor quality, no labels in them, have an odd smell, among other issues. Petalprim does not stand behind the return policy. They basically STOLE MY MONEY!! After I received the items, I immediately requested a return. They asked me to send photos, which I did. Then they offered me $5 off a $320.00 order. After numerous emails eventually they offered $45.00 off the total price. I kept insisting I wanted to return the items and a full refund. I offered to donate the sweaters & email the donation slip to Petalprim so they would know I got rid of the items. Petalprim kept saying it is to expensive to return to China and the product may get lost. Additionally, although I had cancelled my entire order, about 2 weeks later I get another bag of items which should have been cancelled. They r no longer responding to my emails & have not given me any credit or refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!

I had the same horrible experience as others here. Product looked nothing like the pics, and was the wrong color. They do not honor their return policy. I can’t find the charge in my card either. They must charge under a different name. Anybody know what name they use for billing?

I have to add to the bad reviews. I ordered a bunch of stuff from them. Took a month to arrive. None of it looked liked the photos, although there were a couple of decent things. I tried to send a jacket back but was informed I would be remunerated $5 (jacket was $37.99) and it would cost $30 to send back. Jacket itself was revolting. Poorly made, cheap material and looked nothing like the photo. All in all a pretty lame experience.

DO NOT TRUST OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. First clue, their website does not have a phone number, nor will they release one even upon request! Their clothing is cheaply made, sizing is incorrect. Pictures of the clothing on the website are NOT what you receive when you order. It is a farce! I have clothing that I have ordered on the basis of the photographs, they are nothing like what I received, fit nor quality. I have been trying to return this so called clothing and receive a refund for months! They WILL NOT send me a return label, a phone number, let alone a refund!

I do not think they even deserve one star. The Clothing is of very poor quality. They will not honor a return for any reason unless the item is damaged.
There are no labels on the items so you have no idea what the material is or how to care for it. The items look like they were made in someones garage. The sizes are way off.
I ordered my items for my wife for Christmas one month before the holiday and did not receive them until two weeks after and only half the order at that.

Do not be fooled by the pictures on the website the items look nothing like that.

I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

THE WORST CLOTHES I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!! The picture I ordered compared to what I got was unbelievable. The sweaters were very cheaply made. I will never order from petal prim again. Learned my lesson.

If there was a rating of 0, that would be a more accurate. Do not order from this company. The quality is terrible and they will not honor a return. One of the sweaters I ordered has several holes in it. I sent them a photo and their response, "the picture looks nice". "If you don't like them, maybe you could give them to a friend." I wouldn't do that to my friends. Disappointed that Instagram would allow their advertising.

My items looked nothing like the pictures. So disappointed in the quality of sweaters. Don’t order from this company. They also have several different company names with the same merchandise. Fraud!

Wish I could write a review!!! Never received my item! I ordered on 11/30/19 and as of today still nothing and no refund. All they keep telling me it’s at my local post office and I need to call them. I call an USPS advise it was never picked up from their location. THEY WILL NOT HELP! DONT ORDER my shipping # LS174750619CN Not at local post Office..paid to be delivered to my home..

They don’t even deserve 1/2 star. The clothes take weeks to arrive, they are not the same as what they advertise and they have a horrible smell. They do not honor their return policy. Instead they offer pennies of credit compared to the actual purchase price ... the credit wasn’t even equal to the shipping fees. I think this company is a China based scam.
