If there was a ZERO STAR choice, I’d have chosen it. Worst customer service and return policy ever!! My order did not fit the person. Ordered small and needed a petite I guess. As mentioned by others, tried to return and got the biggest run-around from refusing to just send me their return policy, to demanding pictures be sent to “prove issue”, to finally offering be a few bucks for this hassle since returning would be expensive, “likely get lost” en route to China and take a long time. STAY AWAY. Do not do business with this terrible company

Don't do it. Never purchase from this company. My mistake. I should have read the horrible reviews before I ordered.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. I ordered a sweater in size small. Did not notice it was plus size. What is a plus size small. Rediculous. Trying to return is a impossible. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE>

I purchased 2 of the same item in different colors and one was significantly different. Their website states if you receive the wrong item, they will pay for return shipping. That is a lie. The don't even contact you back. I am now doing a charge back because paypal won't even honor this refund. This company is fraudulent, don't waste your money or your time. The website also states they are in Florida and California, but they are not. This is in China.

This company is a scam. The items are not what it looks like on the website! they don't respond to any emails. the items look like they were sewed by a child, as all seam were crooked. I tried to resolve but they won't answer any emails. I am filing a complaint with the BBB if they are listed.
Do not buy from this company! They are horrible!

We recently purchased 3 items from Petal Prim. My wife is very happy with 2 of the 3 items received, and if it were not for the horrible customer service on the 3rd item this would be a five star review. The 3rd item was suppose to be a medium and according to the size chart should have been 40" around the bust line. The item is in reality 48" around the Bust. According to their website this should have been adequate reason for return or exchange. However they consider this well with the the normal acceptable difference. Their reason for not giving a full refund is that it is "The shipping fee to china will be around $35-45.Our warehouse which is set for receiving returning parcels is in china .This is not cost-effective. Transport time is long and easy to lose." Instead they have offered us $5, which has now gone up to $8 as compensation. 1/3 the cost we paid of $24.12. On top of all of this the communication has been spotty, contain standardized "canned" responses to complains and most of it has been very broken English.

Ordered 4 sweaters only got 2.They said all orders were delivered!! I am a small and these sweaters are huge and look nothing like i ordered! Never again will i order from this company

I ordered a sweater and unfortunately it was not in stock. They gave me my refund immediately literally within minutes, so I'm a little confused with the bad reviews.i had absolutely no problem other than my sweater was not in stock and I had to reach out to them to find out the status of my purchase only to my disappointment that it was not in stock and that's why I gave them 4 stars and not 5 but otherwise they were very efficient with handling my refund request quicker and easier than any online company I've dealt with.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order 2 months ago and have not received my items. I sent 3 emails (as you can see there is no phone number to contact them) and I have not received an answer yet. I will be reporting this company.

I ordered from them and did not receive anything within a couple of weeks. I sent an email to ask about my products and was told they were out of stock and was immediately issued a refund in the full amount. Although I wish I had gotten my items, I was very pleased with the service I received from this company.

Ordered 4 sweaters on Dec 4th-finally got ONE!! They will not refund money or answer me-please beware of this "company"
*****Update-all of you women need to file a complaint with the Federal Trade comission-I did just that. It saddens me that we all work so hard for our money and these crooks can just walk away with it. PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT!!!!!!!!!

I have never experienced such AWFUL customer service. NEVER purchase anything from this company. I'd like to know how to report them for further investigation. The entire site is a scam. After 10 emails back and forth the person from petal prim asked me to donate them to a charity and not return them to their company due to high shipping costs. I told them I didn't care and that expense was on my end. Still waiting for a return address-which I assume I will never receive. Has anyone ever been able to get refunded on this site? The email responses sounds like they are being written by a 10 year old!

I have experienced every bit of what everyone has posted in the reviews. I normally review every company from which I buy, but for some reason didn't do so with this one. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! And yes, I found they operate under various names. SCAM!!

Same experience..Worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not honor their return policy, they tell you to keep items and offer you pennies to keep them; stating it will take to long to send them back and they will get lost. The worst quality items I have ever seen, sweaters are so thin you can see through them, I would not even donate these. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Do not buy from this company.. What you see is not what you get.. Clothes are crap...And the 30 day return policy is also a big lie..

So, I received my items and one was damaged and anther too big. Sizes are not correct. They told me to send back but it would cost 35.00 why bother. to get 30.00 back. It is not worth the purchase

I had exact same experience. Horrible quality clothes, sizes all over the place. No customer service number to call. Different people answer emails requiring pictures. Could not get a return authorization. Had to call credit card company to try to resolve issue.

I have been emailing them back and forth trying to return items that are way too large for me. I have probably had 10 different names of people that email me with the same request of taking pictures and then they would determine the appropriate remedy! I really wish I would have checked them out before I ordered from them.

It seems to me more customers dislike your product and or customer service, I feel the same way. I will dispute the order with my visa company, and be done with you, you are definitely a scam,

I ordered from Cozycora.com and it is the same scam company as petalprim they just keep changing their name. I went through like others wrote...refused to let you return anything, blame you and stating you measured incorrectly. I sent a photo to show how tight the sweater was and their reply was “we don’t see the problem “. I have reported them to Facebook and Instagram but useless they keep reappearing on my feed.

Total rip off, told me to donate the clothing rather than return it because freight back would be too costly. The items I bought didn’t even look like the picture.
