If I could give 0 stars I would have or -10. The website is fraud. The items are from China, cheap, not to size. They give you the run around until the 30 days to return your items is up. The customer service is garbage and takes up to a week to get back to you. Absolutely do not shop here, spend your money elsewhere.

There products are made and processed in CHINA! CHEAPLY made and sizes are smaller than US size charts. I would stay away from this site and company! There return policy cost you LOTS of money!

I too would give this scam company negative stars if I could. This company is a scam. I will never order from them again. I ordered over $90 worth of clothing to give as christmas gifts. All look nothing like what was advertised online and the sweater had a hole in it! When I asked for a refund for my money, they said the only warehouse they have is in China and that’s where I would have to ship my items to and it would be 'really expensive'. They told me to give the clothes to charity or a friend. The gall to suggest this...absolutely ridiculous. Beware this is a huge scam.

If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would’ve picked that. Do NOT waste your money on this site. Been dealing with complete BS for almost 2 months now. They refuse to send me a return address for the poor quality clothes they sent me after it took 6 weeks to get to me.

I to wish there was negative stars. My order was paid for on November 4, 2019. I waited three weeks to receive half of it. I don’t know where the other half is. The sweaters are very lightweight and I had to do a double check to see if they were the ones that I ordered. I asked for a refund, but was ignored.Do yourself a favor, stay away!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. Horrible Chinese scam company. They steal a photo from a retailer website and make cheap knockoff versions.
Recieved my package over a month after ordering & more than 1/2 my items were missing.
They say you have 30 days to return, but that's a lie. Have been going back and forth every day for a week to get a simple refund but they refuse to do it.
Worst company ever.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ordered a small. It arrived without any size label or care tag, so I can’t tell if they sent me a small. But it’s quite large on me, so I measured it & compared it to the size chart in the item description. HUGE discrepancy. Also, the bottom button hole isn’t large enough to fit the button through.

I sent photos to the company & requested a return label and full refund 24 hours after receiving the item. They responded that the pics weren’t clear enough. I sent more photos, and I was offered a $3 refund if I wanted to keep the coat. I declined & requested a return label. I was then offered a $5 refund if I wanted to keep the coat. After four days of emails, I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

This company is a scam. I will never order from them again. I ordered 2 sweaters that look nothing like what was advertised online. There website says that they offer refunds up to 30 days after receiving the item. Not only did it take weeks for me to receive the items, they items are cheap appearing, and look nothing like what is advertised online. When I asked for a refund for my money, they said the only warehouse they have is in China and that’s where I would have to ship my items to. They keep continuing to tell me to give the clothes to charity or a friend. Absolutely ridiculous. Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. Never again!!

I’m another case of “they send extremely short pants” and don’t want to refund you. I ordered two separate pairs of pants and both come to just below the knee. I am 5’6. They responded to one email saying they would give me a few dollars back and I could keep them. I said no. They’re useless and the order was over $50. They just don’t respond. It’s a paypal dispute now.

Buyer beware! Still waiting for your clothes to deliver? You’ll get a confirmation email of the money you wasted then you may get your clothes a month later… why so long? Because these scam artists use beautiful designer photos on their site, then make rip offs from scratch once ordered. The material is basically burlap and poorly sewed with holes.
If you ask for an update after realizing 2 weeks went by without a status, Jacqueline will assure you not to worry, your item is popular and should be back in stock in 3-7 days.
Their policy states you will be able to cancel your order if the item hasn’t shipped, but it’s BS… they will stall until they can ship out garbage, then make life hell for you when you try to return.
If you fell for their trap, skip these scam artists and go straight to your bank to report a problem and get your money back.
Also, write reviews and try to save others from this trap.

DO NOT BUY!! SCAM! Made in China garbage!

On October 18, 2019, I ordered 3 pairs of pants after seeing their add on Instagram, and then browsing their website. I was worried that it might be a made in China website, but there were convincing reviews that sounded like native English speakers, so I shopped and spent $73.98. After a long wait, I received these pants on Nov. 8th, which were of strange proportions, and didn’t fit, although I ordered based off their sizing chart. Additionally, the pants were of poor quality, with bad stitching, and looked like they would fall apart. One pair is see-through and had a brown stain on it.
Their website states “Free Returns in 30 Days”. After I emailed to initiate the process, they told me to take pictures of me measuring myself, and then when my measurements should have fit in their sizing chart, told me that “small deviations are normal”, and that my expectations were too high and that “other customers are satisfied”. I have been emailing back and forth for several days now, and they actually offered me $5, and then $7, & told me to donate them to charity, rather than offering a full refund, like any reputable company would, and like their website says. They put the burden on customer to send photos of self-measurements, which is humiliating. I just want a refund and return, like any normal company would do. This company is fraudulent, and posting fake reviews to entice customers.
