I ordered at 1:30pm on Friday and my delivery which was free postage arrived at 12:30 the next day by courier.

My package was dumped not delivered
My package was dumped in a nearby building instead of being delivered to the delivery address. They said it would arrive within two days but more than 5 days later a guy from the nearby apartment block calls me to say he found my package, so my phone number was even on the box - the delivery guy could have called me if unsure. If you don’t care about receiving your delivery, then this is the company for you

Pausing Automatic Delivery
I have my dog food on automatic re-order and Pet Circle have been doing a great job in keeping the cost low and supplying the food on time. However recently I have had a couple of occasions when my dog has been unwell and had to put the re-order on hold. This was a simple process to do on-line and when things back to normal for my dog the re-order process was resumed again on-line. The price remained the same throughout the multiple delays. excellent service.
