Delivery porkies
I didn't like the fact that you said next day delivery but it then took about five days. If it was going to be five, then say five. And I live in central Melbourne, so no excuses. I feel like it was used as a selling tactic but then wasn't followed through.

Long time customer
I have been getting my dogs needs from Pet Circle for many years. I have never had a problem with the service I receive either online or in store. The quality of the goods is excellent. I find the price slightly better than other outlets on many of the things I buy. It is easy to place my orders online and the delivery time is very fast from when I order to the time it arrives at my door. I am happy with my dealings with Pet Circle and will continue to buy from them .

Driver could not deliver to our house…
Driver could not deliver to our house because we are a gated retirement community the gates close at 6pm but he did contact me & I instructed I’m to leave the package on top of the letterboxes which he did ☺️

Issues with ANC delivery
The speed of receiving the items and the online shopping experience on the website is excellent. I reduced my rating only because of the delivery service with ANC. I had delivery instructions that my unit was located towards the back of the building as there are two entrances and I had ordered heavy 15kg items. However, ANC had left the items at the front of the building and did not ring the doorbell or leave the items in a safe and dry place inside the building. It was a struggle to carry my heavy items down our driveway and up three flights of stairs as I'm located on the 3rd floor. I was at home so could have answered my doorbell. ANC delivery must have been very rushed but I recommend that they take note of delivery instructions especially for bulk heavy items. Thank you.

Ordering was 5 star delivery was 0. I put clear instructions for the driver on the order instructions for a code to my gate with my phone number.
Driver left my order facing the main road in the pouring rain with no attempt to open the gate or call me.

Good value and fast delivery
I found the product I was looking for at the cheapest price and it was delivered the next day. When it was out for delivery I wanted to send some instructions and the company managed to pass these on to the driver while in transit. Very efficient! Very happy !
