The 2 engineers who installed my new combi boilers were exceptionally professional , performed the work with minimal disruption and left my home spotlessly clean . They were courteous and polite and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending A & E heating and plumbing .

I had the quote and Amit was very thorough, making sure I was fully informed as to everything I needed to know. I confirmed the quote the next day and from quote to installed was less than a week. The guys who came to fit it left everything clean and tidy and Manny made sure I was happy before leaving. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Excellent service, competitive price and skilled engineers. Boiler replacement, expected straight forward install, however there were issues with my exterior pipe and meter. The engineers persevered to resolve this issue going above and beyond to get the job done. Certificate and warranties all received promptly. Would highly recommend.

My old boiler had died and I needed a replacement quickly. I was given A&E Plumbing & Heating details from boilerguide. Amit, the owner of the company visited me at home, he explained the options and is very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me competitive quotes for Baxi, Worcester Bosch and Vaillant boilers. There was no pressure sales and after seeing other companies I chose A&E and went for a Vaillant boiler.
The engineers Syed & Hakim were very polite and did a great job on the installation, tidying up afterwards. They explained how to use the wifi controller and the app on my mobile.

Extremely efficient service. Turned up as said, and when running late called to let me know. Reasonabe price for new boiler. Would use them again and highly recommend them.

Amit cane round and explained where they would put the Baxi Combo boiler , gave me a competitive price and explained giving me a quote fir all the work to be done.
The boys worked very hard in removing the old boiler and tank in the loft as well as adding new pipework which was required.
I also had the hole where the flu had been , blocked up.

Excellent service, I would highly recommend.

We replaced a 16 yr old Baxi Boiler with a new Baxi 830. Amit discussed the job in detail and was very knowledgeable, we were confident to go ahead and have A&E to fit the new boiler, also their price for the job was very competitive. We were not disappointed The engineers Syed and Hakeem worked very efficiently and left everywhere clean and tidy. When finished explained the WiFi app and Syed even came back to explain further as I was doing something wrong. It is so easy now and useful. We would have no hesitation in recommending A/E and thank you so much to all the team.

Amit answered all my questions and explained everything so professionally and patiently on the day that he visited to give me a quote. He was very understanding and didn’t not rushed me to make my decision like other companies have done.
The price was very competitive compared to other quotes that I have received. Moreover. Amit had made it very clear on what was included in the price, and what was not.
The engineers that came to do the installation of our new boiler was very nice as well, and did an excellent and quality job.
