A&E Plumbing and Heating Services 

Had several quotes from other Companies, when our 30yr old boiler totally gave up, including a couple purely over the Net and phone.
But reading the reviews of some of these, made me wary of extras being added on during work being carried out.
Amit actually came to the house, he patiently waited as another chap turned up half way through.
He came back in and quietly looked around.
He then, with no pressure involved he gave us a quote, which he wrote there and then, and then basically left us to chat and decide.
That was Monday, we decided based on the quote and the impression Amit left us with.
On Friday as promised Syed and Hakeem arrived, they worked hard all day, tidied up, arrived back on Saturday and again got on with it quietly and efficiently.
They tidied up completely, explained the working of the boiler and wireless thermostat clearly.
They removed the airing cupboard tank and took it away, something other companies were changing several hundred on top to do.
They took the paperwork away to register the warranty, and phoned me the following day to confirm all of the details.
The system works really well, the radiators are warmer than previously, the only real difference is that the hot water takes a while to come through the kitchen tap, but that's not a problem.
We would certainly recommend this company, they carried out the work required in a most efficient manner, and left no mess for us to clear up.

Very competitive price. Late starting due to non delivery of boiler at merchants, but fitters stayed late to catch up and work completed within 2 days as stated. Amit kept in touch and fitters were polite, knowledgeable and neat and tidy.
I would use them again and recommend to friends.

A huge thanks to A&E Plumbing and heating, for providing and installing a Vaillant combi boiler at short notice. Syed and Hakim repositioned the new boiler into the bathroom for us. They wre efficient,friendly and took pride and care in their work.

The engineer arrived on time. He was polite and kept me informed throughout the process. My old boiler was removed and a Baxi 800 was supplied and fitted. All rubbish was removed from the property. The engineer outlined how the system worked before leaving. The new boiler has been doing a great job. Pleased with the work. Recommend A&E Plumbers

I've just had my Baxi back-boiler replaced with a Vaillant EcoPlus 832 by A&E plumbing and heating; it's been a great experience from start to finish.

Amit arrived promptly for the initial consultation and took his time to check the current system. He clearly explained what was required and how it was going to be done and followed up with a competitive quote.

Amit answered all my questions and went further to explain pros and cons of doing the conversion in a certain way.

On the day of the job, engineers arrived at the property punctually and took their time to check the current setup and draw up plans on how the new combi boiler was going to be installed.

The engineers (Syed and Hakeem) were very knowledgable, honest and approachable; and know their trade well. All questions were answered satisfactorily and they were prepared to listen to my requests too. They even went out of their way to sort out my gas cooker pipe! Thanks! And the new boiler pipework is "neat" and out of site.... awesome!

Once the job had been completed, the engineers spent time to clean up after and left the property in a good state.

Syed took his time to walk-through the system once installed and explained how to work with the settings.

I'd definitely recommend A&E to family and friends, I cannot fault their service!

We found the quote very good and the work was completed to an excellent standard, certainly different to the Homeserve quote, they wanted to overcomplicate the job.

We got a very competitive quote from Amit for new Vaillant boiler and additional radiator (which wasn’t close to being matched by other companies). Amit was very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation of what was to be done. With such a competitive quote, you wonder if the actual carrying out of the work wouldn’t be great. Very competitive quotation with lots of detail given at the visit, the tradesman fitting worked diligently throughout the day, keeping the rest of the house tidy and left the area clean upon completion. Clear instructions were given on operation of the boiler & thermostat before the fitter left the site after commissioning the heating. The Baxi boiler fitted has worked faultlessly since fitting and carries a manufacturer backed 10 year parts & labour warranty, no hesitation in recommending A & E Plumbing & Heating Services
