Easy to order and carry out

I test all my breeding stock and puppies and have done for years. In the early days I used this company. I have recently had a litter which showed some anomaly’s with the puppies results. On contacting the firm they were most unhelpful. Stating the terms and conditions which say that to complain you need to do it within a set time frame of two months. It is only now that I find the anomaly results that I have had cause to question their results. Why would I have questioned the results within a two month timeframe. I assumed that they carefully completed the tests I had ordered in good faith. Please do not use this company they do not have any idea how important these results are to future breeding plans and simply don’t care if they get it wrong. Disgraceful customer relations. I have no choice but to retest with another laboratory at my own expense because of their ineptitude.

Inexpensive testing which is great to show our buyers so that they know their puppy has all the correct testing carried out.

The test kit came very quickly. Simple to do with simple instructions and advice on posting. Now awaiting the results. Fingers crossed 🤞. I used you as the sire of my pup had his DNA done by you.

The swab test kit was delivered in a very punctual manner. When it was Received back with pet genetics they wasted no time informing me it had arrived and tests were being undertaken.. Still waiting for results

Great customer support

The company kept us updated while awaiting for the result and very pleased with service all round

I like the fact that you test for more on a bundle than other companies andd you are also reasonably fast in getting the results out.

Turn around used to be fantastic often getting results within 5 days
Now once you send them the sample and the days they are evaluating the sample often another 3 to 4 days plus 14 working days to receive the results
It’s taking too long

Swab was sent out next day got swag 2 days later excellent service so far
