Low engagement but good services
Posts are real but their accounts aren't as popular and the posts were not getting much engagement when my pet went missing. But I believe every little helps! Liked the poster and the map of lost pets! Hope you find your pet if you've lost yours 🩷

This company basically robs you blind! I signed up as my cat was missing the moment I paid my neighbor informed me she had seen my cat so i cancelled it instantly. I contacted the to kindly ask for a refund and they still haven’t got back to me over a week later! Also Alexandra I had contacted you directly on multiple occasions through your email as it is the only source of contact and I still have not received a reply so this is the only way to let people know how you handle your business

We take customer support very very seriously and respond to every single message we receive from all pet parents, personally and as quickly as possible, regardless of the issue. I haven't been able to find any inquiry from you in our system.
We also asked you to provide any proof of using our service and none has been provided. Because of this, we unfortunately have no way to verify your claims.

So I do have to ask: are you sure your message was actually sent to us?

Such an easy to use site, however, editing was a bit difficult, as others have previously stated. This needs to be fixed to allow proper editing further down the page, otherwise a helpful site, despite being a little pricey.

PetRadar was very supportive and their advice and posters invaluable.
I would recommend any missing pet owner to use them.
I cannot vouch for their social media posts but, hey ho, my 1yr old cat came back by himself 14 days after going missing, possibly because I left my t-shirt (scent) outside following PetRadar advice.

Paid the fee to post advert of our missing cat. But nothing has gone live, which we have checked across multiple accounts.
For clarity, I have contacted Petradar and asked for proof that this was posted. The 'proof' they sent was a link to a 'demo ad', which is not live for anyone. This is clearly a scam.
They are the worst type of people, using peoples grief and fear for personal profit.

It is a useless website . I paid $147 dollar for 1.5 radius posting information and receive 0 reply or tip . While I posted for free from Pawboost and received helpful tip to find my pet there within less 1 hour from the post on Pawboost . We completely understand how important it is to receive sightings quickly, and we truly wish we could guarantee that. Unfortunately, no platform can control whether the people who see an ad have relevant information or come forward. As much as we would love for tips to come in every time, this is not something anyone can guarantee.
That said, we’re genuinely so relieved to hear that Bootsie was found safe. That’s always what matters most 💛
All core tools (posters, website listing, sighting form, guidance) are provided free of charge. The paid portion specifically covers advertising costs with third-party platforms, which are incurred once a campaign goes live and are therefore non-refundable, as outlined in our policy.
