Every single claim I have submitted has…

Every single claim I have submitted has been rejected for one stylus reason or another!!! I’ve been lied to, fed false information and have had all my calls and emails gone unanswered!!!

My advise…don’t use this SCAM company for your Pets Insurance!!!!

Worse mistake of my life!!!!

disappointed

I sent my receipts to pets best on 2/14/26 and never received a word until 3/5/26. Not acceptable in my book. It was not a complicated visit. Urinary infection. No surgery, nothing. So....my expectation is that this should be accomplished within a week.

Crazy Reason for Denial

I waited more than an hour on the phone to contest my claim that my dog's mass was a pre-existing condition. His waiting period ended on November 20th 2025. I saw the vet on February 19th because a small bump on his leg had started to turn scabby over the past few weeks. Told the vet during the visit that I had first seen the bump "maybe a couple months ago?" They denied it based on that claim- because "a couple months ago" would technically have been ONE DAY before the waiting period. Nevermind that it didn't start getting scabby until a few weeks ago. What a scam.

Don't buy insurance from this company

Don't buy insurance from this company; they're thieves. They never mentioned co-pays, they charge co-pays on everything. Besides that, they find ways to avoid paying, and when they do pay, it takes more than a month. Their customer service is awful. I'll never use this company of thieves and scammers again.

I’ve had a great experience with Pets…

I’ve had a great experience with Pets Best Insurance. They process claims pretty quickly, which makes a big difference when you’re dealing with vet bills. It also gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have to hesitate about taking my pet to the vet or emergency hospital if something happens. Having that safety net really helps when you just want to focus on your pet’s health.

Waste of money

Waste of money, the claims process is easy but takes forever to process and get a response and even longer to get a refund. But, quick to take your payment.

Deny claims and refuse to pay/apply towards deductible

2 months in my dog had an ear infection and they denied the bill as pre-existing. There was NOTHING pre-existing and there is no way I would pay $70 a month for insurance and then allow my dog to suffer for 2 months just so it could be applied to my deducible anyway. Attempted to cancel and it was a 15 minute wait on hold with high pitched flute type music (trying to drive you insane so you hang up).

Don’t use Pets Best

I have insured my dogs with them for over ten years and used to be very happy with them
Recently they have changed hands and converted to AI
Phone time waits are minimum 30 minutes
They don’t respond to emails even tho they tell you they will”get back to you soon”
They raised premiums to nearly DOUBLE of last year
Terrible customer service
I recommend you find another company as this one has gone really bad
I cancelled my policy today

Unexpected injuries happen all the time. Fortunately, having the right insurance on your side is the must. I am very pleased with the Pets Best insurance service that helped me a lot financially in my situation.

Unbelievable!!!!

Unbelievable!!!!! These people don't want my $$$. My card on file was cancelled bcz of identity theft. There is no way to change payment on their website. Sent 4 emails asking for a phone call to correct. Their website payment has been defunct for weeks. My PETS ARE NOT SAFE with such a fly by night organization!!

The website never works anymore

The website never works anymore. Anytime I try to submit a claim it either kicks me out, doesn’t submit, or I’m not able to get into my account because it always says my password isn’t right (I’ve changed it 4 times)
I understand wanting to update everything in your system but it’s causing even more issues than before
