Never got my keychain, first emails were answered nicely with excuse for late delivery, but now no reply at all after me asking refund for no delivery. (It should be 5-7 days, it's been 6 weeks now) I can't even use contact service on my personal account anymore. I will report this site as a scam.

Don't order from them. 2 months and still waiting for the tags. The don't refund. Scams

These people are fraudulent- do NOT order anything from them. Their address is in Florida and they make websites that make them look local, then the tags are supposed to be shipped from Switzerland, which was the first dodgy sign.

Contacted them about order and they said they’d resend, but tag never arrived. Bunch of *******

I ordered 2 tags. The money was taken from my bank account, which shows I completed the purchase. But my pettags4life account shows no order. I didn’t get a confirmation email for my order, but they have taken my money. I have sent numerous emails which no one will answer. I have sent them pictures of the money that left my account. So I don’t understand how they can ignore it. Customer service is abysmal.

Scam. Please stay away from this company. It's been 2 months - no updates, nothing. They ship from Switzerland but I doubt they shipped it in the first place. It's best to get the pet tags done locally.

Same story as the rest here. Local website but ships from very far away. Its been two months and still has not arrived. Ordering from New Zealand.

ordered nearly a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived, now reading reviews apparently the quality is cheap too.. don’t buy from this place

Not happy at all. Had to wait for nearly one month for my item to arrive. When I opened the package the product is, in my opinion cheap and tacky. It took that long for the item to arrive that I had moved house so I had to pay more money for the dog ID disc to be resent to my new address. Its a very cheap inferior product compared to what you can get for half the price locally.

This is a ZERO-star rating.
My order had a posted next day email sent but took 14 days to arrive, the tags were thin aluminium with very poor engraving. This tags cost £16 with post, not worth a pound do not buy from this supplier.

This place is a COMPLETE crock of crap. I have never received my tag!!!! It’s been over a month. Do NOT order from them!!!!

Awful. Ordered and it never came. Never received order, when emailed them, they said they can't track the order so can't do anything about it and it should've been with me by now.
Never got a refund and there's nothing I could do about it. Now taking it to small claims court.

This is a ZERO star rating:

1) I ordered the dog tag on the 6th of June. It arrived today (the 24th of June).

2) The website says that tehre is a lifetime guarantee on the engraving. There is NO engraving. The font is stuck on, but there is no engraving to speak of.

3) My design shows the font as black. It arrived in white, on gold/brass, so it is virtually invisible.

Dreadful product, dreadful delivery time. Stay away.

Really poor service, waiting over two weeks. its a .co.uk website, so i presumed they were posting from the uk, but its coming from switzerland. Emailed them twice, but they weren't helpful and didnt offer a refund. Misleading website, and bad service.

Wait for 2 weeks, no phone numbers on the website, no reaction on email or callback form. I`m afraid it`s just a fraudulent site i`ll never get my order. Don`t buy anything, it`s a trap...

I have waited 5 weeks so far for my order and I have emailed countless times to arrange a refund or to find out if they had resent the order. I wish I had read the reviews, their website is very misleading. They claim to be great at service delivery. Truth is absolutely shocking. Don't use them.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a tag. The website is misleading as it states next day dispatch. I have now waited over 3 weeks and still no delivery and no response from my email query.
The website should mention that delivery will be up to 4 weeks (if at all) and I wonder how many orders they would actually get if they were honest.
Do not use.

I waited for almost a month and finally my dog tag arrived. It came in a cute package, and it's exactly what I saw in their website. The quality is great and so is the price (8€ including the shipping). I'm very pleased with my order and definitely recommend ordering from them if you don't mind waiting for a little bit. 😊

Dropped a star only because the length of time they took to arrive however this was out of the companies control. On the declaration the parcel was sent from Switzerland on 29th March and parcel arrived with me in Scotland on 28th April. Company replied to my email quickly and also resent my order so I will have double. Can’t fault the product or customer service.
