Like most, I assumed I was ordering from a company in my country (Australia). A couple of weeks later, and having not received the usual postage tracking advice, I googled and came across all these bad reviews. At that point I assumed I'd been ripped off and chalked it up to experience.

However, today the collar and tag arrived! Posted from Switzerland the day after ordering on 2nd April and arriving today 27th April.

The quality is great, exactly what I thought I was buying (although I secretly was hoping for the inside of a coke can as someone else described it!). I'd post a photo if I could. Happy days.

I probably wouldnt order again though, and that's only because of the wait. You generally need a collar and tag asap because youve lost the old one, so speed really is important. But the product itself was fine. :)

I may waited for like 2 and a half months but,at last, the collar,the tag and the fur glove, are all here. I contacted them two or three times and they were helpful. They even sent me the package one more time in case something had happened with the transportation. So now I have each product twice. I would recommend it, if you don't mind waiting. The company is at Switzerland I believe, so it's not weird that it takes so long for the package to arrive, even in Europe.
I leave 5 stars because I believe that we maybe misjudged them and they are a new, small company trying to sell their products worldwide, that's why they use different languages in their site depending of where you live at. So give them a chance.

Worse than one star. They make it look like they send from your country and are quick. They don't, and they're not. Still waiting for my package, supposedly being sent from Switzerland on the back of an ailing camel (presumably he got bored of waiting for his tag to arrive). Website is intentionally misleading. Dishonest up front.

Proper scam. Never been sent items. No customer service they don't reply to you or anything. Avoid at all costs.

After a lengthy wait for the dog tag to arrive it was engraved incorrectly with the wrong telephone numbers.
Do not use this shoddy company.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. This tag, for starters, took over a MONTH to arrive! And I live in a metropolitan area. When it arrived, I was deeply disappointed by the quality. It is not even engraved, the name was just printed on top so you can hardly see it. And as soon as it got wear and tear from being worn by my dog, you couldn’t see our phone numbers anymore. I went to my local pet store and got one for $1 less and it was honestly infinitely better quality and properly engraved.

The tags are shipped from outside the UK. The writing on the tags is unbelievably small and virtually illegible

Ordered 2x tags on the 7th of February, the website leads you to believe that shipping in 24 hours would be quite a quick turnaround.

12th February dispatched, now 3rd March and still no tags. Customer service response is please wait as these ship from Switzerland so will take time to arrive...

Delivery stated 5-7 working days. That was 16 days ago. No sign of delivery. Email tennis between me and the company demanding refund of delivery charge just succeeds in receiving a message telling me when it was despatched. I would avoid dealing with this company - pay a little extra and get it locally.

Absolutely shocking company, ordered over a month ago, still haven't received my items. I contacted their "customer service" three times, generic replies please wait a few more days. I've just opened a charge back with my bank. Avoid at all costs. Complete scam.

Ordered on 1/6/2021still haven’t received it. Website says shipped within 48 hours receive 2-3 business days after that. Emailed the company and they responded it’s coming from Switzerland. That’s not an update on where it’s at. Asked about return said no return. I’m going to have my credit care company out this back on my card. Horrible company would not do business with them.

The only positive thing I have to say about this company is that they did send out something that resembled a dog tag...although it took two and a half weeks to arrive...from Switzerland...and returns must be sent to Gibraltar...

The item itself is cheap, flimsy and the writing is off-centre. Our dog's name is 4 letters long - Paco - and somehow all 4 letters were pushed towards the right of the tag. I'm not letting my pup cut about wearing this.

I honestly feel I could have made a better dog tag with the inside of a coke can.

Avoid at all costs...BE WARNED (lol)

Terrible con- do not use. Took 2 and half weeks to arrive, very poor quality, flimsy metal and illegible engraving. Website misleads about delivery times and no mention of coming from Switzerland. Money down the drain beware!

Absolutely dreadful service. Took 2 weeks to arrive (from Switzerland) and the engraving is illegible so the tags are useless. I will now order again from another company. DO NOT USE Pettag4life

Absolute rubbish. unreadable and a complete waste of money. go down the local hardware shop if you want tags but do NOT get any from these people as their tags are unuseable. Only given one star as there isnt a zero option.

SCAMMERS, be careful! I never received my order even though they said it has been shipped. For anyone who might care, there are european services available to deal with such cases.

I just saw the reviews, I had the exact same issue, I was scammed to think I was ordering from a local company but instead they informed that the package is shipped from Switzerland by Swiss Post. I had no prior knowledge that this is the case.
When I asked them to provide me with a tracking number, they said that packages are sent as postmarked letters, so they cannot provide a tracking number!!! In the age of one-day delivery, where you can track every mile of the trip there are companies that you cannot track your parcel. Unbelievable jokers.

The tag arrived after weeks of waiting.
It is paper thin for a dog tag and the telephone number is so small that it is unreadable!!! And the numbers are touching each other so impossible to read!!!
I emailed the company complaining and said I would return the tag and wanted a refund.
They said that they would only give me 25% off of my next order! MY NEXT ORDER!!!! I will never order from them again I can tell you that!!! Jokers.

If i could give this zero stars i would. Decided not to order just before i reached payment page. In the space of 1 hour i have had 4 emails and a text message urging me to complete the order. I did not tick any box to authorise receiving text messages. Not an acceptable use of my personal data, verging on bullying tatics for sales as well!
