Bad customer service took months to receive my order , I emailed them and had to prove my order number and then the tag came with wording in brackets instead of what I asked for on the back can't even use it now

I don’t know and UNDERSTAND the negative reviews.. My tag arrived today in cute package within 5 days. :3 but what matters is that my pup is happy with it and me too! And it cost under 8€ so quality is worth of money. :) <3 i believe is it very small and new company, so that’s why they have paid for google to advertise their pages with different countries and languages. Please do not be mean, they are people like us, and they try make their best!

SCAM. I ordered from the website .ca and thought it was a canadian company. I never received my order and sent two emails to their customer service to track it - NO REPLY. I wrote a bad review on their website but it doesnt appear. I called my credit card company to have a refund because at this point its def a scam and I know I wont get my money back from them. Do NOT order from there.

Cat tag arrived 3.5 weeks after order (I guess the website said “shipped” within 24 hours not delivered. Only one out of two tags arrived. Also, I expected it to be engraved not a cheap tiny piece of tin in a tacky gold printed with the requested text...

So i ordered on the 2nd of june and it shipped out later that night, it had been abiut 4 weeks so i messaged where they were very nice and quick to respond to which they offered me to wait or to send out again for free, i opted to wait yet again another week went by and i asked for them to be resent, the first batch actually arrived today and now i’ll be getting a second package for free so overall im happy with my purchase.
FYI IT WILL TAKE A WHILE TO ARRIVE!

Ordered on 20/06/2020 thinking it was based here in Australia , only to find out that it is shipped from Switzerland, received no tracking updates and didn’t receive order within 5-7 days as they claimed and received it a month later... The custom lettering on the tag is small and barely readable, collar itself is not bad but probably can buy it at a cheaper price. I don’t recommend buying here.

I have not received my order 1 month after alleged shipping. They offered me waiting a few more days or resending my order for free, but I decided to cancel the order. Luckily, I got my money back.

I paid and bought a tag for my Husky on the 26 June and now it’s 14 July and no tags received

I'm based in Ireland and thought I was purchasing from an Irish website because the URL was pettag4life.ie but I see now that this company uses domain names based in many different countries which is quite deceptive. I ordered 4 tags and after reading the reviews here I thought they would never arrive but they did actually get delivered, although 5 weeks after I had ordered them. They came from Switzerland. The tags are fine, not super quality so I don't know how long they will last.

Edit: I contacted the company again and asked for my money back. I also told them in my feedback that I thought that they were dishonest. They asked me to wait a few more days, I waited five more days and got in touch again. They agreed to give me my money back. It came about a week later. So obviously not a scam, but unreliable and deceptive.
Scam. Website addresses will make you think its your home country.. And product doesn't arrive

SCAM! they tried making a co.uk account and now made a co.nz account. Their invoice says France, their address says some off shore account at ATRYOS DMCC,13/1 Line Wall Rd GX11 1AA GIBRALTAR. They have no phone number, they don't respond to any messages and I never received my tag. Now they have my address, phone and email, not to mention my old card number. UGH.

On 5/13/2020 I made an order for two tags that I wanted for our dog.
Reading the comments and seeing that the management writes elsewhere that they are located (one in Greece ... one in France) and elsewhere they are located (Miami) I started to worry. On 5/29/2020, however, a pleasant surprise awaited me when I returned home ... and what I ordered had come in a beautiful and simple package.
So ... all is well with a slight delay that I imagine was due to distance and restrictive measures.

I ordered 4th May, then found reviews saying they're scammers. I was so worried then gave up on expecting it. It has arrived 29th may packaged perfectly. Surprised at only 4 weeks shipping considering covid has halted flights. I hope people writing bad reviews are adjusting them when/if they recieve the tags.

it’s been weeks and i’ve never received the product. i’ve emailed them with no reply back. i couldn’t get any tracking info. ALSO the website said “.ca” so i assumed it was a Canadian company, but got an email saying it shipped from Switzerland?? i’m disgusted.

Poor customer service, they LIE, and you do no receive the goods. I ordered from them as I thought they were a UK Company. NOT SO.
I received an email advising the goods had been shipped from Switzerland,
by Swisspost, with a reference number. When I contacted them to progress where the item was, they confirmed it had been shipped from the USA.
I requested cancellation and a full refund. NOTHING.
I have now let the Credit Card people sort it out.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS.

Tags apparently dispatched on May 4th from SWITZERLAND - seriously! There was no mention of where it was coming from on the website, I assumed the name Pettag4life.co.nz indicated I was buying from (& supporting) a NZ company. I would advise anyone to avoid using.

Website is .co.uk but the company is in Switzerland. Tags are poor quality and not worth the money.

I have not received my order . it has been 8 weeks and I emailed twice and no response. this is a fake website do not use it.

Disgusted I had to give a star the only reason I did is so It would allow me to leave my review, didn't receive my purchase, can't get through to anyone to deal with it, can't get a refund, thus company if you can call it that ,needs to be shut down, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, you will NOT receive anything and they Rob your money
