Do not buy from this company it is a scam ordered my dog tag three weeks ago and no sign of the tag arriving.
First they said it was coming from Denmark and now they have said its coming from Switzerland what a load of rubbish.
I have ordered from a British company to replace my tag now.

I would give 0 but there is no option. I ordered a tag on the 19th March, today is 24th April, still nothing arrived. I am sure now that I have been scammed and lost money. Keep away!

Ordered in March.. Shipped on the 30/03... says 3-4 working days. Still not received. Requested a refund and received confirmation however I won’t be ordering or recommending as I still haven’t received my order.

Ordered on February, after one month I sent an email about my order's whereabouts some Clair replayed saying that because the order is shipped to Greece and the tag is coming from US it might take a little more. I waited yet again because they've already took my money sent an email and the same exact answer was sent to me although I talked about a refund. 3 months later my order is still not here and my money are gone. So needless to say that all this is a scam.

AVOID AVOID. Very deceitful company. When I looked at there website there was a comment from a lady by the name of Carol M "The Best Tag Medal Website in Australia" giving the impression its an Australian Company. Well its not. Its based in Miami USA. 24 hour shipping, Ordered it on the 29th Jan. Got a email saying it was shipped 11 days latter. Its now 23 days from the order date and still no Dog Tag. This Company needs to be reported to the Australian authorities. Disgusted!

Nice product, but ended up paying additional tax on postage as it came from USA.

Do NOT buy from this company they are scam artists who never deliver your product and keep your money. Where can we file a complaint?

False advertising. Does not ship within 24 hours. Does not arrive in 2-3 days. It took 3 weeks to receive my order. When I emailed to ask what was up, they told me it takes longer because It's coming from the states. The website says Canada....?
And finally, the tags themselves are pretty weak. I do not expect them to last long. I should have just gone to pet smart and printed some on site.

Do not order, took almost a month to reach me in NS Canada, received a tag that isn’t even real metal, and no engraving WHATSOEVER, it looks as if the writing has been printed on. Very disappointed and should have looked elsewhere..

Like the previous review I wish I could again give Pettag4life zero stars.
I think the name pettag4life is so far away from reality, they should rebrand as pettag4anAfternoon. The collar was very poor quality, started to thread away, my cat found it very itchy. Plus my cat had pulled the buckle free muliple times.
I wanted to return the product as I was peplexed how poor the quality was, but their customer service person via email rejected any such call.

They try to give the elusion out like they are UK based, shipping took over 1 week, no mention they are based in Miami!

The personalised tag is poor quality, not engraved but a cheap plastic coating.

Avoid - get a tag engraved down you local high street, that will truly be for 4life.

Unable to leave a low enough review for this deceptive company.
They market as a UK company but hidden in their T's & C's they are actually a Miami-based firm and what isn't openly expressed is that you'll be liable for all customs duties so for us that means at extra £22.76 on an order.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing and I'd warn people away from using any company that is not open, clear and fully transparent in their dealings and transactions with their clients.
Companies like this ought to be banned from trading.

Also wish I'd read reviews - I normally always do! As with others, terrible service, order dispatched after 8 days instead of 24 hours and then advised to wait a further 6 business days for receipt!
Was refused a refund of postage despite a clear breach of what was paid for.
Definitely AVOID.

I also wish I had read the reviews before I bought from this company. I ordered thinking I was ordering from a UK company. I have been waiting over three weeks for an item I was led to believe would arrive within 7 days.
When I tried to get my money back because I have not received the item they state the item is in transit and will not authorise a refund.
Customer service is shocking and I just wish I had looked a bit closer on the website before I ordered, as the signs were there.
Please avoid this company.

Should have read reviews before I bought. So much for despatched in 48 hours - took 2 weeks to arrive (posted from Switzerland). Good job I didn't need urgently.
Look pretty, but certainly not deep etched - my locksmith ones are 3 times deeper - very disappointed. Don't expect they will last long.

Don’t buy from this website if you are in the UK. They shipped my tag a week and a half ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I asked for a refund and they said no and that tags are shipped from the USA. When I asked again for a refund and explained that it wasn’t clear from their website that the tags were from the USA - they said it was indicated in their terms which are right at the bottom of their website and no I can’t have a refund. Appalling customer service and unclear website.

Ordered from pettag4life.ca on December 28. still haven't received anything. contacted the company and was told to wait because it takes longer than 5-7 business days. I said I'm not waiting over a month to potentially not revive anything. asked for a contact number and refund as they actually charged me MORE MONEY then my bill. was denied refund and given no contact number but in their email they gave me their website terms and conditions page. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!! RUN
