After reading these reviews after I had already made the purchase my heart sank, however I am so so happy with the little ID tag that I got for my cat. It’s really cute, and even better than I had expected, it’s perfect, just as described on the website. Also really loved the super cute packaging it came in!

Terrible. USA based and you will be charged import duty. Avoid this company

Absolutely terrible. They are not UK based like the name suggests and lie about delivery times. Delivery is apparently from the US. I haven’t received my tag and don’t expect I ever will. Customer service very patronising with a “have a lovely day” after every email stating they aren’t event going to attempt to do anything until I’ve been waiting 1.5months for my order. I’ve given up and gone elsewhere.

SCAM !!!! Do not buy from them. They take your money and never deliver. The more you ask for a refund the more rude they get. You will never get your money back.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and have not received any update, just apparently “shipped” within 24 hrs of order. DO NOT USE!! Scam company. Wish I read reviews before ordering!

Wish I had read other reviews. Tag arrived, but not 'deeply engraved' just lightly etched. Looks nice but wont last. Want me to pay return shipping costs, don't comply with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Shipped from Switzerland and company based in US.

Just done some digging and it looks like they are based in Greece, but incorporated in the US and ship from Switzerland. That does not sound at all dodgey!

I cannot tell you the dissappointment in this company...I ordered and paid for my tags beginning November. Every time I enquired I was told You Ordered Has Been Shipped...Whereto???? the moon?
I have given up and reporting to Tellpeter...I want the pet lovers out there NOT to use this service...
I want my money refunded....

Terrible experience. Despite having a UK registered website, the products were sent from USA (which really isn’t clear when you order), took forever, then got stuck at post office - they want me to spend £12 in custom fees. Company says I should have read their terms and conditions. I’m not paying the customs fees so will just leave it there

Took ages to arrive and had to email them. Am really disappointed with the quality of the dog tag. Really inferior material and not worth the money. Would not use again.

Fast Delivery quoted on the Co.uk website. I contacted them 7 days after dispatch to be informed that delivery was from the USA and so on average took 5 to 7 working days. Not worth the price for the long delay. I still haven't got my order and will be asking for a refund if it isn't here by Monday. I'm going back to Amazon for sure.

No option to leave a review on the .ca site, so I'm leaving it here. There is NO WAY to track the order; and the information as to delivery timeline changes every time I request information. ORDER PLACED on Dec. 18, 2019 NOT YET RECEIVED, despite "5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM TIME OF ORDER" statement on CANADIAN SITE.

Stay away!!! Poor quality and waste of money. Took over a month to be delivered even though the website says 7 business days. Customer service was awful and the tracking number provided seemed completely bogus. The product itself looked cheap and the writing wasn't even centered. They scratch easily and the ring provided is very flimsy. Not worth the money or the wait. Go elsewhere!

Not received my order and two weeks after placing order I can no longer track in their website, it says ‘no order history’ so total waste of money!

Wish I read the reviews before buying. after emailing them previously saying my dog tags haven’t arrived after over a month of waiting, I was told they where going to be re sent and still haven’t received anything nearly another month on. I asked to have my money back as this has now happened twice but obviously got no response and when I go on to track my parcel the only update says shipped....it’s apparently been shipping for 2 months now! Would never buy from this company again. AVOID!!

As others have said on this platform this company (if you can call it that) is a well conceived online scam whereby unsuspecting buyers are drawn to paid for ads through a simple google search for pet tags, or something similar. Given the low values involved (between £10 and £15 or so) one didn’t exercise due diligence before ordering. The item did arrive eventually (posted from Switzerland of all places) and was extremely low quality and not worth anything like the price paid. The extra clip on tag I ordered was even broken on receipt. I complained immediately but was only offered 20% discount on a future order which obviously I will not be taking up. In the end I ordered a replacement via The Kennel Club website where I paid about the same for a far superior item that was made in the UK and arrived promptly. In summary, I will not be ordering from this company again and I advise others to avoid.

Total scam. Don't do it. Look at their "verified reviews" page. It looks great right? Notice how each of those 5 star reviews are on the same day or one day apart. This is absoloute FRAUD. They don't ship anything and steal your money. They ask for you to repay shipping fees when the product doesn't arrive. To be honest, I'm not surprised. I didn't have a good feeling about their website at all. How does a company that ships to South Africa (or wherever you are) stay based in the USA? With no South African (or your location) office or ties? Yet they have a dot Co.za web URL ? I know this is possible with drip shipping. But it made me feel Sooooooo uncomfortable. It's a scam. And I've lost money. I recommend you don't try them.

I have only given one star because there is no option to select none. Do not buy from them. Order took for ever to arrive. They are NOT a UK company. Quality appalling. Scratched and almost illegible after one week and fallen off our younger dog within 10 days. Came off our older dog within 2 and a half weeks... shoddy, poor quality. Waste of money.. ordering from elsewhere...

very angry, ordered a tag back in September, mistakenly thinking it would come from the UK, pettagforlife.co.uk, why would I possibly think that???!!! It actually comes from the USA!! When I say it comes that it is assuming that it actually turns up...….which it hasn't. Feel this is total con, would not have ordered if I had known it was coming from overseas as needed it within a couple of weeks.
No refund or anything at all, very angry and frustrated so beware!!!!

Ok so I ordered a pet tag BEFORE I read the reviews so was expecting either nothing to arrive or the quality to be extremely poor. However, arrived this morning to New Zealand (only took 10 days) and it's absolutely perfect. Exactly what I ordered and the engraving is really nice - much better than what I'd usually get at the local key cutters or pet store.
Maybe this place is a bit hit & miss (more miss going by the reviews) but what I received I'm 100% happy with.
