Just a bunch of crooks. Took our money and never received anything. UK web site should be shut down.

A Scam. This company has multiple websites all trying their best to look like the business is located in the country the customer is in, including: UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, France, Germany and more.

However, in every case the crappy product ships from Florida. It's quality is a joke, I mean appalling. Useless. Straight in the bin stuff. That's if it arrives at all. Have a look for reviews on here where Customs Duty has been added, you'll find an extra £11 is not uncommon.

Until Google stops facilitating this global scam - there are other companies doing it as well and this company has launched another brand trying even HARDER to look like it's in the UK - just make sure you check reviews before parting with any cash.

Plenty of proper UK engraving businesses to get your dog ID tags from and you'll get the tag in a few days not 3 or more weeks. If at all.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM. SCAM COMPANY. Says 2-3 day shipping online yet I’ve been waiting almost 2 months. Customer service is an absolute joke and refusing to refund me or let me cancel

I was upset to find out that they were not in South Africa, (after order was placed and payment was made) i went online to read the reviews, and was horrified to see how many people were disappointed in their service. I prepared myself to lose the money, and never see the product. Yet, few week later, got my SMS from the post office, my parcel arrived, exactly how i ordered them. Thankful customer.

Although Pettag4life have a .co.uk website they are in the USA, tag took 14 days to arrive, most buyers need a tag quickly, I now have two tags as I went out and purchased another due to the delay.
For price paid I expected a top quality tag, it wasn't, very thin and the engraving was very poor. The tag I purchased in the UK arrived within 3 days was half the price, and far superior. Save your money.

Got 2 engraved tags for puppies delivered to Ireland. I was doubtful I would ever receive the name tags after reading the reviews here. However had no issues, no extra charges and took about 3 weeks from date of order to date of receipt

I can't imagine why I made the mistake of ordering some pet tags from this lot. After 3 weeks no sign of anything and no response to my email. I had a similar experience several years ago and obviously I forgot the problems.

Never arrived. Scam.

Wish I'd read the reviews before purchase!
When it eventually arrived the dog tag was terrible quality, illegible writing, printed on, not engraved.
Emailed asking for a refund. They agreed about the quality but offered me a 25% discount off my next order, or I could return it at my own expense (from UK to USA!) and get a credit note!
Do not use this company!

Wish I saw all these bad reviews before ordering and paying for it, It clearly states an South African website domain, co.za, this is truly a scam and false advertising, Money waisted. This should be reported to someone in the US, they are scamming people worldwide out of their money

Waited nearly two weeks just for lead and collar (non personalised) only to be charged £11 for customs!!!! (Was supposed to be free shipping). Can’t get anyone from the company to reply or help me get my goods or money back. Don’t touch these.

Just ordered, thinking it was here in south africa.. not gonna pay loads of import duties!! Can i get out of it?

Wish I had read this before ordering a cat collar - I have just had a note to pay over £11 in customs charges! Not even going to bother to pick it up....what a rip off

Really disappointing - the ring to attach the tag broke within hours of putting it on (thankfully in the house so I didn't lose the tag) When I contacted them, they said they didn't guarantee it as it was FREE - hmmmm the overall order was far from cheap - what a cop out.. Oh and they offered me 25% off my next order - which won't be happening.. Tag itself seems okay so far, but like a lot of people it took a while to come. I would go to a local pet shop in future given the choice.

They are not based in the UK. No mention on the website delivery will be coming from the US and you will have to pay extra customs charge. What a sham!

Literally the biggest pile of sh** ever .... you think it is from a UK website but it’s actually from America and you have to pay customer charges!! And the quality is absolute sh** , could have made in year 7 DT lessons. Don’t even think about buying one of these

This is NOT a UK based company they are based in the USA so your item will take forever to arrive AND you are subject to import taxes. It is all false advertising as nowhere on the site do they show they are not based here unless you go to the T&C page.

I ordered a tag for my puppy in which it arrive with a scratch right through it. Immediately I contacted customer services who have repeatedly told me I will not get a full refund unless I pay costs to send this tag back to them!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service, I explained why I should not have to pay to send it back when it is useless and arrived faulty but I can safely say I’m not getting my money back! Do not purchase from them!!

I got it to Lithuania. Shiping tooks about 3 weeks. Everything is good. Very happy :)
