They're scammers. The products are shoddy and they are not a real company. They scam you out of money and rip you off. Disgusting service and horrendous products avoid avoid avoid!!

I have not even received my item but have been provided with a whopping $223.17 AUD import fee for a dog name tag purchased for $13.50! Absolutely absurd, was not notified of potential fees and was not aware of the company's location. Terrible customer service.

I didn’t order my dog tag off of this website pettags4life.co.uk , but I did order a tag off pettags4life.ie, both the same company but one miss leading customers into thinking it’s from the UK and the other miss leading the customers into thinking it’s from Ireland . After I was miss lead into thinking this was an Irish based company, and there was no sign of my order after a week and a half after I emailed the company requesting some information about the delivery as I was told it would take 48 hours for delivery, only to be told that the package is been delivered from the United State.
After I emailed them I could no longer use the tracking number given to me , as the webpage was no longer available. My suspicion grew more on this dodgy company, i found these review and couldn’t believe 91% of the review are bad , and everyone is experiencing the same problem .

THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH !!

Please don’t order a dog tag from this company. We did and after just a few weeks wear on an a-typical Labrador it is very tarnished, dinted, bent and was barely even legible in the first place. It was scratch and dinted within a few days.

As other reviewers have said, I contacted the company who apologised but offered me 25% off my next order (?!) - why would I want to order anything again?!

Also disappointed that the product came from America when their site URL is .co.uk which I think is deceptive.

Minus one zero for them- you paid them a money and got nothing for that. Order though them tag for pet- spend a MONTH in a waiting & mailing with a customer service ( worst in that market) and have nothing. Looks like a big pyramid without nothing inside

If I could give zero stars I would...Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 dogs tags under the impression they were a UK based company, when my delivery hadn't arrived in the 4-5 working days specified, I chased to be told they come from America & be patient! I emailed 2 weeks later & was told they don't have tracking numbers but to be patient again! I have ended up logging a complaint with Paypal & they have issued a refund! If you want dog tags go to Identitag , ordered & received within 2 days!! Lesson learnt

Oh dear, not good. Tag arrived but it is so flimsey, I am sure it won't last. Ordered large but very small.

Don’t use these clowns, should have read the reviews first. Charged by the post office an extra £14.18 as stuff comes from The US for customs charge. Need to take these guys down

I waited over a month (Ontario, Canada) and they said they would make a new one and send it. My original order finally came today, so that was 5 weeks from the time of order. Terrible delivery time.

I ordered without reading any reviews and I’ve had no issues at all. The designs are as I chose they are the perfect size, shape and sturdyness. They arrived within about 7 days. No complaints at all, the pet tags are absolutely lovely! Thank you very much :)

Terrible service. Poor quality. Paid for a snap hook which did not arrive. Customer Service(?) are now requiring me to take a photo of the goods that did arrive before they can process my complaint! It's a £1.60 snap hook, for goodness sake, just send one. Don't ask customers to take photos of what has arrived. It's a complete nonsense. My advice, don't use them.

If I could leave no stars I would.
After waiting absolutely ages for my puppies tag, what arrived had been printed completely off centre.
How this even got shipped in this state I do not know.
After emailing and asking for a replacement or refund I was told I could have a 25% off voucher. I was then told if I wanted a full refund I would have to pay to ship it back myself and even then they hadn’t guaranteed a refund.
Customer service is useless and they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I seem to be having the same problem as a lot of other customers. I am still waiting for id tag and get told to be patient. what a joke.They say i am not entitled to refund as it has been posted.So the customer is the loser haha!!

Wish it was possible to give negative stars. Have been waiting a month for tags and when I email to ask what's going on I keep getting replies to been patient and keep waiting. Wish I saw the rating for this horrible company before I ordered 2 tags.

TERRIBLE quality and when I sent an email complaining, they replied and gave me information about shipping, which was not the problem!!! Absolutely do not use!!!

So I got this tag for my cat and just after ordering it I read the reviews and I got scared and just yesterday I wrote an email asking about the whereabouts cuz I realized they're not NZ based but USA based but today it came in the mail! We got the star for our cat (small size) and it looks really cute, the letters are not engraved they're lasered but it looks like good quality to me. The only problem I have is that they change their website to whatever location you're browsing from so that's misleading... other than that the tag showed up 10 calendar days after ordering it so I can't complain cuz it's an overseas shipment.

Absolutely terrible email stating item will be delivered in 5-7 business days its now been 17 business days. No item has arrived seller is useless, just keep getting a please be patient email. The last email I got said we will give you a refund if the item doesn't arrive in 2 weeks time. Complete joke

Ordered on 9th June, received in Ireland today 17th June......not bad I think 8 days particularly as company USA based. Got exactly what ordered, each tag in individual sealed bags. Ok could be thicker but good value for the price.

To be honest I've bought from company before and no issues,so ordered again as there was 25% discount on offer.However no so good second time around,order despatched 12th may and still no tags,exchanged numerous emails all replays said please wait a few more days and can't refund or send new order until 12th June🤔 all emails now not responded to.Absolutly crap company

Like others, i forgot to read reviews, Bad quality product, would not recommend to buy from this company. i could snap the tag in half its the thin and cheap looking. Live and learn!
