I ordered box of 50 AccuCheck Guide Test strips and they sent me a box with expiry date of 4 mths from the time I received. There is no customer complain/email or returns on their website and no correspondence between them. The only tel no I found was in their application to talk to a person instead of computer. After talking to them it seems that they DON'T CARE although I told them this is not a hospital and I'll be using hardly about 8 stips in a month.

Pharmeasy a fraud site they sent me expired medicine. When I want to contact customer support they were not picking up my call so bad service please don't buy medicine from pharmeasy.

This conpany just scammed me today. I ordered medicine worth 1000/-. Then i got a call from their staff that 1 medicine is not available they will same medicine but different brand i said okay. Then another call they offered me a free jamun karela juice and some flax seeds. The women said its free so i said okay. Now i got the order. 2 medicine is missing worth 500/-. And they not refunding me saying the offer was if the bill is more then 1000/- but since now they canceled two meds the bill ks 500 and the the crap they giving me for free is now 500/-. So total 1000/-. What the fk?

Pharmeasy is a worst medicine delivery company they never provide medicine on time as per the estimated delivery date
Always delayed for more than two to three days.
They don't have medicine in their stock/ warehouse and giving false commitment for delivery.

zero customer support, waste of time and money,, pharmasist deliberatly changes your medicine company without even informing you and for this customer support is zero, they will say cancel your order and re order instead of taking any action against them, waste of time , thet will forcefully ask you to take this mixture take that protine, they will irritate you all the time, dont waste your time in this useless app and on this useless people

Pathetic service. Don’t buy it online. Delivery of medicine never be on time.. in case of emergency patient will keep waiting only for delivery. Additionally no one is answering the calls.. better to buy medicine from physical store. Customer care respentative never ans the calls. If you can’t delivered on time than stop running your stupid business.. this is medical filed not shopping for cloth that dealy would be fine..

No customer support is there works like a fake company no punctuality very poor of course

Extremely pathetic service . Order is delayed and and at the very last minute instead of asked quantities of 10 I got only only 1 . That to after struggling with them online to find information .

My order no is 6499451 for lab test and sample collected on 18-02-2026 at 6AM. But still as on 19-02-2026 I am waiting for my full report. At the time of booking they show 8-9 hour time frame for reporting. Very un professional working of this App.

Very bad customer service and website. They will just take your money and won’t provide you the refund back. Without providing the proof they will tell you that the product is used. Very bad customer care services they had. Use Apollo instead of this at least they will listen

They claim to deliver in 2-3 days but after you purchase the drugs, they change the delivery time to 10+ days and there is nothing you can do about it. Absolutely shameless in their business tactic.

If it was any other country, they would be sued into oblivion but since we have a pathetic judiciary and law and order, we have to deal with their scammy business

Kachara Delivery services, will not recommend to order fromthem again.

While ordering, it said items will be delivered today, but on checking order status later it reflected order to be delivered 3 to 5 days later than originally stated.

Not encouraging to order medication in future.
