UNETHICAL PRACTICE: Cancelled Prepaid Order sent as COD! I feel fooled. NO REFUND PROVIDED
I feel completely fooled by PharmEasy. I had a terrible experience that feels less like a technical glitch and more like a scam to force sales.
I placed an order and paid online via GPay, but I cancelled it immediately. Instead of processing my refund, their system silently converted my CANCELLED prepaid order into a Cash on Delivery shipment without any notification or consent.
They delivered this "cancelled" order today. Since I am currently out of the country, my family accepted the package and paid the COD amount (₹817), thinking it was important.
The result:
They still hold my original online payment (₹820).
They wrongfully collected Cash on Delivery (₹817) for the same cancelled item.
I am stuck with duplicate stock that I do not need.
To make matters worse, their app is designed to hide this information. Cancelled orders do not reflect in the history, there is no option to check refund status, and there is NO customer care number to call.
I have been double-charged for an order I cancelled. This is unethical and unacceptable. Beware before ordering.

Pathetic Customer Service and support
Pathetic experience related to their services and delivery aspects. They take the order and incase of non availability they override the app stating that the medicine is out for delivery whereas the scenario is quite different. Customers get messages stating that the the delivery person attempted delivery and couldn’t deliver due to non-availability of the customer at location. This has happened couple of times with me as a customer. It would really make sense to get the order form local vendors or other online portals which provide much better and transparent service compared to PharmEasy also on top of it their customer support is world class (actually horrible) as they have seasoned to bluntly lie from the scripts provided to them to address the customers. A big thumbs down to the entire PharmEasy team👎for the lousy service, customer satisfaction and retention.

Order #660366842983387136, placed on Dec 18, 2025 at ~12:31 AM, was marked “delivered” at 3:57 PM the same day without OTP verification, any call from the delivery partner, or a confirmation email to my registered address.
This is unacceptable for a healthcare platform handling medicines. Without recipient verification, there is no way to confirm who actually received the medication, or whether it was misdelivered or taken by someone else.
Customer Support Failure
I contacted support immediately after noticing this issue and waited over 28 minutes on hold. The only response was escalation #33084, accompanied by a vague 24–48 hour resolution promise. Although I later received a follow-up call, no actual resolution or confirmation was provided.
Impact & Risk
The order included Duphalac Lemon Flavour, a laxative syrup commonly used for digestive and clinical needs. For medicines like this, timely and verified delivery matters. I was left uncertain whether the product was safe, received, or even delivered at all.
Despite a successful ₹917.76 card transaction, the process felt entirely automated and unprofessional — a delivery marked “complete” with no human verification or audit trail.

PharmEasy promotes “Express Delivery Magic,” yet basic safeguards such as OTP verification — standard across most e-commerce platforms — were missing. In shared residential environments, this creates real risk of misdelivery or loss. The lack of an email trail further removes accountability and makes disputes difficult to resolve.

Conclusion & Expectations
PharmEasy must treat medicine delivery differently from standard commerce. Mandatory OTP verification, clear delivery confirmation, real-time agent contact, and accountable customer support are non-negotiable.
This experience has completely eroded my trust. I have removed the app and switched to alternatives with stronger delivery verification practices.
Trustpilot reviewers and relevant regulators should scrutinize these practices, as inflated ratings often hide serious operational and patient-safety gaps in healthcare apps.

It's mentioned like easy order and easy return, but when the order is wrong and replace the item, they are refusing to accept it. I am the regular customer, even they doesn't want to replace it. While delivering the order, it was delayed more than a week time, they used to call and incoming like don't cancel the order. Once delivered they refuse to accept.

Today (4th dec 2025) pharmeasy guys took blood samples and Assured reports in 12 hours, but no results even after 16 hours, because of their negligence and irresponsibility, we had to suffer with trauma and depression, patient got sick may be she need medication based on the results.

1) Gabapin 300 15 capsules strip,
2) Gabapin 300 10 capsule strip (Generic) and
3) Oxytol 10 tablet strips (2)
Total three items for Rs. 801 on CoD basis.
But, the seller sent me,
Sl. nos 1 and 2 only, saying Health Products 4 items but, 2 strips of Oxytol 300mg haven't received.
Very poor service experience
Very poor service experience. The phlebotomist collected the blood sample without wearing gloves and, when questioned, responded that they couldn’t locate the vein while wearing them. Even after 48 hours of sample collection, several tests were marked as cancelled in the app without any explanation, and the reports were not received. Upon contacting customer support, I was informed that a refund would be processed after seven working days, but they were unable to clarify the reason for the test cancellation.

I placed an order for two medicines yesterday morning. The website stated express delivery by 29 October evening.
Shortly after placing order, I received a call from the pharmacist. He clarified the strength of Gabapin NT and mentioned that Gabapin NT 300 was available.
This morning when I spoke to Customer Service I was informed that since stocks were in short supply, the medicines would only be delivered by October 31. On further discussion, I was told that the agent would escalate my issue and the medicine would be delivered this evening.
I do not understand why Pharmeasy misleads customers by promising express delivery, stating (by registered pharmacist) that the medicine is available, and then delaying claiming that medicines are not available.
In this connection note that my local pharmacy which provides free home delivery supplies the same medicine within a few hours so do not understand whtmy a large organisation like Pharmeasy cannot do the same.
Note also that this is the second occasion within a month that this has occurred. In the previous case I cancelled the order which was fulfilled by my local pharmasy in a few hours.
I am very frustrated at your indifference to Customer needs. If you cannot Service your clients, please refund my membership as well as the balance in my wallet and close my account.

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever come across. They are fraud masters. First they accept the order and deliver the cheapest thing from it and then either one of the items is cancelled by their site without any prior intimation and rest of the order is never delivered. No body listens. After repeated complaints you will never get the refund. Most of the customers lose their money or get harassed. I had ordered 3 things on 16August and I received 1 item the very next day on 17 August and rest is still pending. No refund no message nothing. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PHARMEASY.
