Very Pushy Sales Tactics – Felt Pressured Throughout

My experience with PHMG was disappointing due to what felt like very aggressive and pressurised sales tactics.

Even before the scheduled meeting, the volume of calls and emails was excessive. It gave the clear impression that there was strong pressure to secure a sale, rather than a focus on understanding whether the service was actually right for us.

During the call itself, I was told that if I signed the contract immediately, I would receive a 40% discount. However, when I said I wanted to take the contract away to read it properly and think about it, I was told the discount would no longer apply and I would have to pay the full amount.

This felt like a clear pressure tactic designed to force an on-the-spot decision without giving reasonable time to review the terms. No customer should feel penalised for wanting to properly consider a contract before signing.

Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable and sales-driven rather than professional and consultative. I would strongly advise others to take their time and not feel pressured into signing anything immediately.

We got a new customer service liaison, Struan Rae and he is outstanding. Very attentive to detail, very strategic, has great follow through and is a stellar representative of PHMG. Love their service and customer care!

We got a new rep named Michael and he has been so quick with response times, receptive of what we need as a company, and quick to implement desired changes. The pricing is quite fair for what they offer, and they can really cater anything towards your needs. Would definitely recommend to others. Michael is also very friendly and personable, was nice working with him, and I'm sure it will continue to be!

Our team has been very helpful in reaching out to us to remind us what our package includes, and is very helpful in sourcing information to add into our script for our callers to hear. I do not have it in me to remember to call them 3-4 times a year for this, and they do great about checking in at just the right times to help us stay current in our messaging.
