Started great, but is just OK

2.5 Stars. We've had this service for a few years now, and it was great at the beginning but has become just OK as of late. We will have an issue with our phone system, and after a time it will get resolved only for another issue to pop up right after. This problem has been progressively getting worse. We have been trying to get something resolved for the last few months, and once again- every time we think it is fixed, something else ends up completely wrong. They do get back to you relatively quickly, but the constant back and forth is exhausting.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I strongly recommend exercising caution before signing with this company. While the service feels attentive and supportive when they are securing and maintaining your business, my experience changed significantly once I decided to cancel.

The cancellation process was unnecessarily difficult and stressful. During my communication with Sam, I was told in a threatening tone that all PHMG materials had to be removed on the exact day of cancellation or we would be charged again. This was followed by another call to confirm that the materials had been taken down, which felt excessive and intimidating.

I was also informed that it would take 180 days to process a refund — an exceptionally long and unreasonable timeframe by most standards.

Additionally, the contracts automatically renew, and when I attempted to end the agreement politely, the process felt obstructive rather than cooperative.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the irritation and frustration when you decide to move on.

We’ve had a great experience working with this company for our on-hold music and voicemail production. Beware of this company they tie you…

Beware of this company they tie you into a contract, you will find it difficult to get out of, AI can do the same job now. I have tired to cancel a few times now and the kept treating me about the contact we signed nine years ago , the notice period is insane for what the service is The whole contract terms is a scam to tie you in once you sign. We are with them nine years and no goodwill given as we use them very little. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WE NEEDED.

ZERO STARS

ZERO STARS! Do not sign a contract with this company. They give no warning when their deadline is to opt out of their 3 year contract. I missed the deadline and was forced into RE-ENROLLMENT for another 3 years!!!!! How can this be legal???
What a shady company. I will be writing bad reviews and taking to socials on a consistent basis to warn people. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT!!!!!

Ben is awesome!

Ben Quinlivan is awesome and has been so responsive and helpful with getting our content updated and completed in a timely fashion. Additionally, he checks in every few months to make sure everything is running smoothly and if any updates are needed which is a great reminder and help to me and my team!

I would love to never deal with PHMG again.

We were initially delighted to deal with PHMG, then they reassigned our account from one person to another, they forgot about us, and stopped providing any services despite our paying for them. We were unhappy since we couldn't get any recordings, and tried to get out of our contract. At this point, we discovered the illegible font on the contract states the 36-month terms auto-renew without warning, and to get out of the contract, you have to pay out the remainder of your term. They do not have to provide you with a service, but you have to pay. Horrible customer service, horrible experience with this company.

They have been super professional from start to finish and are always checking in to make sure we are satisfied with our voice messaging system. This way of voice messaging has completely elevated the calls coming in to sound more professional but also provide the opportunity to advertise while they are on hold or let them know of any closing dates we may have.
