Another member of the N.I's inner…

Another of N.I's inner circle of a closed ranks we are observing more and some of the most horrendous attorney conduct recorded.
A nasty shower I have yet to witness elsewhere in my travels. My respect for the UK judiciary warrants a pledge never to find myself within its grasp- and membership to a US fraternity of dissenting Post grads to avoid its acknowledgement.

A wolf in sheep's clothing.

This review relates to PELS Solicitors, under the umbrella of 'Phoenix law' group.

You would be ill advised to rely on the 5star testimonials of PELS 'other' clients, as I was 100% duped into believing PELS was a creditable solicitor able to conduct my affairs at a fair price, with my best interests at heart.
My experience of PELS, was they were only interested in taking from me as much money as possible and as fast as they could, and I say this from a position of being unemployed and watching my savings being depleted by this firm -clearly PELS have no moral compass and no ceiling level or the extent of their fees.
PELS achieved nothing for me and therefore was extremely poor value for the £thousands they charged me over a one month period.
I could not afford to pay PELS anymore. In addition, the letters I received from PELS were increasingly argumentative, and clearly were pursuing for the other party's interests not mine.
On closing the case, I requested PELS to provide me with copies of the email letters they said was sent to the other party to provide to Court.
PELS in response demanded a further £100 for this small service together with a 'rant' letter that I found extremely offensive, disrespectful and bitter. The contents of the letter were clearly not the expected response from a solicitor or any professional person. I do not know why PELS thought I warranted such an degrading response.
This prompted me to approach the ombudsman, my problem with the other party is still ongoing-PELS resolved nothing.
As of now, PELS have avoided the contents of my complaint, and delayed the ombudsman process by delaying their response for 9weeks, knowing full well there is a lengthy 6>12 month backlog waiting at the ombudsman and they hold evidence I may need for Court.
I will leave this review in place, in protest, until the ombudsman finalises my case with PELS.

Please, please, please avoid PELS at all costs and go elsewhere.
