Phomemo customer service was superve. They are very supporting. When i buy a printer in higher than market price they have even agreed to give me the price difference back.

Also they are always been responsive. The label printer quality is very good and the price is lot cheaper than any other printer from the market. I can recomemnd them to anyone confidently.

Great product just realised i have now had for 4 years and its still going strong comes in handy for alot of jobs I keep finding more uses for it. Awesome maxhine

I have four phomemo printers. Some bought via Amazon some direct from phomemo and I’ve always had great, the best, customer service. Really good printers. Quick delivery. Never had any issues whatsoever and would always use them.

I was really looking forward to getting the 832D thermal printer and had high hopes for it. Sadly I had to return it after contacting the helpline. I ordered another teenage printer that appeared to be a different brand, however today it arrived and when I scanned the QR code it was taking me to the Phomemo app again form what appeared to be a different brand of printer. Again when I saw this I just thought the banshee of the Phomemo app has returned to haunt me so again it all went back in the box and will be returned tomorrow 31 July 2026. In reading the reply from Phomemo all I can say is that is exactly the information I needed from the helpline at the time and who knows maybe I would have taken a different path with the printer in the first instance, that is what I was trying to do before the online handler started talking about me having issues with my iphone or ipad and that I needed to contact the provider. Your helpline did not serve your company or your products and I needed this printer for a foreign business trip. I have now bought a HP 250 mobile printer that can scan, print in black and white and colour with no app nonsense that suits children in play-school who need a page to colour in…! Where was the help Phomemo for business people who need it. What is the point of a helpline that only offers that you need to contact your phone provider…..!!

I own and have regularly used several Phomemo printers for the past few years. I have found them all easy to use, durable, and reliable. The software is quite capable without purchasing any add ons or memberships. There are start up ads that push purchases, but they are easily dismissed. The mini label printers are small, portable, Bluetooth accessible and battery efficient. The desktop shipping label printers are solid and support stacked accordion external labels, making label loading a rare event or supporting large volume printing with ease. I have been very pleased with the company and the products.

I have several products. I began with my first thermal printer from them. I was thrilled to at last be able to print without owning a PC or having Wi Fi service
I am low tech and setting it up ( and the sticker and label printers that I later added as well as tatoo are also super simple!!! )

What I like about each product is that they seem to be designed to “ feel good “ ergonomically with good proportions and easy to open and often with nice quality cases or pouches too!

There are purchase offers on the app but they are simple to hide and I have found that using my own photo library offers plenty of what I need without needing to purchase any paid services. I’ve had no problems at all with Any of my printers ( unlike my old HP PC thing using wifi was a constant nightmare. I feel confident ordering from Phonemo!

I have four thermal printers from this company; D30, M221, A285M, and M832D. At first I was sceptical to buy a thermal printer, but they proof me wrong. I bought D30 to label my baby's food containers, and I like it. Then, I started to buy their other printers for my other needs. Their products were good and almost never have any problem. I had some issues with my D30 and M221 at the beginning, but their customer service helped me to solve the problems very quicky. Their apps also easy to navigate using my phone (Android) or laptop (Windows). They have paid subscription in their apps, but they also have the free ones we can use. Personally, I have been using the free ones, and I am satisfied with it. I really recommend products from this company.

The Phomemo TK41 Temporary Tattoo Maker was much more fun and interesting than I expected. It’s an easy-to-use creative kit for designing and applying custom temporary tattoos.

Setup was straightforward, and the kit included everything needed to get started: the printer, adhesive and transfer paper, and markers for coloring printed outlines. Connecting it to my phone was also quick and trouble-free.

The app made it simple to create, resize, and print designs. Some features encouraged subscriptions or additional purchases, but I was able to use my own images and outlines without paying for them.

Getting the best tattoo quality required some experimentation, especially with how long to soak the transfer sheet and how wet it should be. A few applications lost more detail than expected, but most turned out well.

The tattoos lasted through one or two gentle washes with soap and water. They began fading after about two days, and isopropyl alcohol removed them easily.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the Phomemo TK41. It could be a fun activity for birthday parties, fairs, events, or creative projects at home. While the application process takes a little practice, the complete kit and easy phone connectivity make it enjoyable to use.

The company reached out to me after I contacted them and they replied very quickly and explained the new format (I personally prefer the old format and judging by the reviews it seems everyone who uses phomomo prefer the old style) but they have changed it and once the new format is explained it is straight forward. It’s existing users have to adjust to the new restrictions leading to bad reviews and I expect some have switched to something else but phomomo have to take responsibility on how these changes were implemented because it’s a great bit of kit.

This compact label maker has been a great addition to my desk. It was quick to set up, connected to my phone over Bluetooth without any hassle, and I was printing labels within minutes. Print quality is crisp and clear thanks to the thermal printing technology, so there's no need to buy ink or toner. I bought a printer and paper from this company. They did not include the tax or send the proper invoice/documentation. The items were stopped by the authorities due to the missing paperwork and sent back to the company.

I still have not received a refund or a replacement. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend buying items from this company. If you do not want to lose your money.

Crap!!! Got one today... from the very first out of the box moment, not working...
China is a beautiful country tough never been there .. The 'Manufacturers' on the contrary...
Went for an American brand- ne-wie that's actually working even when it's still in the box waiting for his owner...😉

Very disappointed..I paid the years subscription but after 3 months, the subscription does not link with the app. It keeps offering a free trial, when I press restore purchase it says No ACTIVE Subscription. When I tried to join the free trial,just to check, it says you have an active subscription. Their team could. To solve the problem lem. Dodontvsubscribe

WTF do not get this for eBay labels unless you want to loose all the hair on the top of your head !

I have 2 Phomemo label printers. The bigger label printer and its accompanying app are great. But the mini T02 I've just bought, and the app with all its flashing lights is an abomination. Who wants flashing light ads when I want to print a bloody label?

Bought a TO2 mini printer with lots of spare stickers, connected to my Iphone but can't print anything unless I buy expensive subscription. I wish I read Trustpilot reviews before buying it!
Avoid it!

Had this printer for years and now it’s telling me I can’t print without a Pro subscription! Insane behavior. This should be illegal.

I already pay for the printer paper and I’ve already paid for the actual printer!

Edit: The “paid feature” in question is NOT a new feature that was added for exclusive members. It is template printing, which is a feature I have been using for many years and is the reason why I bought the printer in the first place.

It’s one thing to add a membership tier and offer them new features. It’s another thing to suddenly lock out your users out of the features they’ve been using for years.

I had no problem using the printer to print basic images for several weeks. Now after a few months of not needing it, I came back to use it today and it will not do anything without paying for an expensive subscription. There is nothing to say this is going to happen. It should be clear in the sales information that the printer relies on a subscription after an undisclosed length of trial.

I understand having a voluntary pro account if people want to use their designs but to enforce it when you don't want any of their designs has turned the printer into landfill.
