Watch out the address on the review, it's putting an unrelated address in the UK whereas the website is Australia, I gotta very new iPhone 15 plus to sell, intially they giving me $600 but they cutting $100 without explainations!

I got an iPhone 14 from phone exchange 2 months ago and then it suddenly the screen is frozen, terrible experience

Poor service. Refused to refund when they broke my phone further.

Excellent communication and very generous with their time and knowledge. My husband and I go there as our first phone company of choice. Highly recommend.

Asus laptop hinge was broken and when I looked at the online help to replace it( I had ordered the part) the job was a bit harder than I thought.
gave my laptop to them to repair for me had it back within the week and a reasonable price charged.

Do not buy your phone from this place.
Got a phone for my son for his birthday Iphone 6S - i to start of it looks like its been thrown on the ground, or hit the dents are so bad on the body, tried to contact the place with no luck, only to discover later that phone doesnt actually work properly at all fron camera not working, can not call to or from the phone.
Waste of money and no service.

Ordered phone received no confirmation and no further contact from company. Refund achieved thank fully through PayPal.

This company is a big con. I purchased a mobile phone on line, a week later I got an email that it was leaving soon (checked peoples reviews and this is the standard first excuse) asked for a refund after 3 weeks and no reply after again again I had emailed and phoned (phone is never answered) never got a reply from them even when PayPal started looking into it. This was a Christmas present that never left Phone Exchage. Please do not use this company unless you like to give away your money for recieving nothing. If you do which I strongly advise you not to, make sure you are protected ie. PayPal. With the help of PayPal I have been fully refunded no help from Phone Exchange.

Place is joke tries to set up my wee girls phone this morning and the battery is faulty and the phone is blocked.... I will be contacting trading standards tomorrow.

I ordered an iPhone 6 in pristine condition to replace my sons broken one. The phone that arrived was certainly not pristine and was locked. After several conversations with Geoff, I sent it back having been told that a new one would be sent to replace it. I then was told that they didn't have any pristine ones in stock and if I wanted the old one back they would give me a discount of £15. I was happy with this but then did not receive the phone so contacted Geoff again. He apologised profusely and said he was a contractor and no longer worked with Phone Exchange but would get James to contact me. I then received an email from James telling me he had refunded me the total cost of the phone and the return postage amount (£7.30). He has not refunded me the postage amount despite multiple emails chasing him and the telephone number just rings out. I would say to avoid this company at all costs. As per another reviewer, I consider myself lucky that I only lost the £7.30. If I could recover it I would just out of principle...!

I also used this company due to good reviews. Geoff seemed to be sincere but not so sure now. He now says he isn't to do with the company anymore and James is still there. Received a phone that the fingerprint did not work so I sent it back - no replacement supplied and they will not return my emails - still no refund - will file in the small claims court next week as it is a very easy process. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

I am absolutely devastated! Bought an IPhone 6 for my daughter for her 12th Birthday on 22/10/2018, searched lots of companies with refurbished phones and because of the good reviews up to this point I felt secure to place an order. The phone cost £114.99 and she had asked family to contribute to the cost!😢 similar to other reviews I got the same call from a guy called Jeff telling me the delivery was delayed but she would get it. Finally arrived and had a small dot on the screen, then it went green then completely stopped. Tried to ring no one answered, emailed 2x no reply then rang Jeff who assured me he would get the owner James to contact me. No reply from James, rang Jeff again today and was told he would get James to ring me back straight away and still no phone call! This is awful that no one is contacting me and I’m left feeling absolutely conned! Will be getting in touch with trading standards as I feel I have no other option😩

avoid at all costs only wish i had read theses reviews first got sent a faulty phone, managed to get in touch and was asked to send it back and they promised a replacement that would be a slight upgrade would be sent back out. Sent the phone back special delivery so i know they've received it and two weeks later no replacement they dont answer their phone or emails will not give up till i get a refund may change rating if this happens but so far not holding my breath.

Similar to the other reviews, I purchased an iPhone6 supposedly in good condition from phone exchange about two weeks ago. The website promised delivery within 2-3 working days. By the 4th working day it hadn't arrived so I gave them a call, I was told that they were incredibly busy and the phone would be shipped the next within two days. Two days later I called again to be told it was shipped and should be with us by the next day.
The phone did arrive the next day, but unfortunately when we switched it on the screen flickered and there was a line of dead pixels down the one side. It also had some scratches and dents on it so I wouldn't have described it as being in particularly 'good' condition anyway. I sent and e-mail explaining this, with photos of the problems and was asked to return the phone and that they'd issue a refund once it arrived.
I sent the phone back on Tuesday (signed for, at my own cost). I have since e-mailed and not had a response. Their phone seems to ring off the hook, no answer at all although it is sometimes engaged. It seems that there have been a lot of negative reviews in a similar vein to mine since I made the purchase, maybe they've had a bad batch of phones? I am not holding my breath that I'll get this refund that we've been promised any time soon so I'll have to persevere with trying to contact them.
I'll update this review if and when I receive a response from the company

EDIT - Got a response through e-mail that my refund was being processed, money was back in my account the next day, so have upped from one star to two.

Ordered iPhone 6 it was expected to come 2-3 working days. we ordered the phone on Friday and by Wednesday we had no reply where the phone was or why it was not here. On Thursday, they left a voicemail saying the phone was DISPATCHED and would be shipped to us on Friday. As you can imagine, the phone did NOT arrive at all. The following week we received an email saying they 'could not fulfill my order' They said a refund would be issued but we have not received it yet.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY ADVERTISED A PRODUCT THEY DIDN'T HAVE. RUBBISH WEBSITE. VERY UNRELIABLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER. VERY UPSET 12 YEAR OLD.

Avoid at all costs! Received a phone in appalling condition and it did not work. They were so apologetic and offered me a better phone within a couple if data, as it was a gift. As yet, I have not received this 2weeks on. No one answers my calls or emails. My daughters birthday was ruined as this was supposed to be a gift for her and to date I am out of pocket for the cost of the phone and the return postage! Needless to say I have raised a dispute with my credit card company due to the lack of Co operation from them.

Ordered an iPhone 6s. Phone eventually arrived after about a week and I had chased them. Phone was faulty as did not charge so clearly had not been checked before being sent out. I have now received a refund for the phone but am still £7.30 down on the whole painful experience as they have not refunded the postage costs I had to pay to return the faulty phone. Another point worth noting is that the emails you receive from them use this company name :-@moneyforgadgets.com. If you search for this company they no longer trade and reviews for this company are absolutely awful with the word “scam” often used by reviewers. To sum up DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and I consider myself very lucky to have only lost £7.30 !!!!!

2-3 business days for delivery is totally untrue. The First FAULTY (screen wobbling and flickering) phone took just under a week to arrive, with no tracking notification as promised when ordered so I couldn't stay in to receive it. Had to send the phone straight back (at a cost of £7.30) and was promised a 'pristine' model as compensation (again, no tracking email as promised). Although the screen is bett-er it is certainly NOT a pristine phone as described on the website AND the screen is still flashing, albeit not as badly.

24 hours in, the main problem is the absolutely TERRIBLE battery life. Declining 50% in half an hour - what a joke.

I think they just fixed the screen (inadequately) and sent the same phone back.

What a complete con. Ordered a phone cost 159.00 on the 5th Nov Suppliers offered delivery 2/3 days. Chased after 4 days. Two e mails as the live chat was down. They responded on the next working day, apologises given and a writern note to say the Phone would be dispatched the next working day. Today received an e mail advising me I had been given a refund and order cancelled. The result is they have had my money for 8 days, I have not received a phone. Customer service non existant their stock would appear to be non existant. My lersonal recommendation is to avoid this company buy else where.
