Item never came. It was supposed to be a gift. This company isn't even responding to any of my messages!

I'm waiting my order for 2 months and they did not answer any msg I sent them!

Took my money in October. Half the order arrived at the end of November. December 10th today and no sign of the rest of my grandsons christmas present= a wacky tracky. Not a single response from customer services in all this time, despite each contact saying that one will get a response in 24hrs. Looks like Ive lost my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY would be my advice

When the order eventually arrived the contents were crushed and nothing worked. I will not use this company again.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A REPLY TO MY EMAIL ABOUT WHERE MY ORDER IS SINCE JULY 31ST 2017. IT'S NOW DECEMBER 4TH 2017.

PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK - DEAD BATTERIES

I ordered the little truck and it took FOREVER to receive it. Then when it arrived it did not work. Have emailed their CONTACT US link info MULTIPLE times, but that does nothing. They send you back an auto reply and you will NEVER hear from them. RIP OFF COMPANY. Do not order anything through them. I have requested new batteries, but they never respond. Order number # 1098352 . That order money was all down the tubes.

Only got one star because I couldn’t give a zero. I ordered sticky gel pads on October 17 and received an e-mail on the 23rd saying they had snipped. I have not received my order. I have used 3 forms of “contact me” that they list. They say they will contact you within 24 hours. It’s now November 29th...longest 24 hours ever. There is no phone number. Don’t use this company

Incomplete order, four emails no reply. Full refund verdict from PayPal return at my expense with tracking which I did not have from seller to buyer.
It will be cheaper to buy missing part I have already paid for.I have to pay for their incompetence Never again.

Parted with fifty quid of hard earned cash for a camera drone. Unit arrived but did not work. Contacted on many occasion for replacement/refund. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Feel robbed, fleeced, scammed. Avoid at all costs!!!!

These people are CROOKS. Why are these people allowed to scam the public? Youtube shuts you down if you say one thing out of line, but our government could care less if these scumbags continue to operate. I wish I read reviews before ordering from these low lives. Sorry for the language, but these words fit them to a tee !!!

I ordered something from the Phonebibi. It never arrived.
I contacted the company by e-mail several times and got no response.
Crooks.

Awful never got my order they don't respond to emails they take your money and you get nothing

I ordered the magnetic iPhone charger cable back in March. I never received it! When I called to address the situation and request a refund they told me it was shipped and that they would not help me. They told me to talk to the post office, whom had absolutely no record of receiving this mail item! I will never order anything from this company again and will be sure to pass their incompetence and lack of customer service along to everyone I know. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

I have been requesting a refund for months on the sticky gel pad as the product doesn't work and they charged me full shipping fees when it was displaying free shipping. I have tried both email on Facebook to contact them with no luck. The company has no online presence. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I ordered a Universal jar and bottle opener in August and paid by Pay Pal.I got a brief message to the effect they were inundated with orders but it would be here soon.I'm still waiting.I tried e-mailing but it said the box is permanently full.This is so annoying as they are still trading.This site says it will send an e mail. to phone- bibi but when I tried twice it was just returned with box full permanently . Surprise, Surprise,the Jar Opener arrived today from China,ordered in August,must have come by Tortoise Mail.Haven't tried it yet.If this is the service to expect I won't order anything else.Will update when I try it out !

They do not ship or respond to emails.

I ordered three items on August 2, 2017, shipped (supposedly) August 17th. Items not received. Very slow , if any response and all the same form. Item is not late, shiiped August 17th,, please allow 4-6 weeks. Well it is 11 weeks and this is how they respond.

In addition, they have blocked me on FaceBook for posting negative reviews.

It is now in the hands of PayPal.

I’ve been waiting for a product or tracking number for over two months. This business needs to be shutdown!

Horrible, I have placed an order on September 20th and its November 3rd and I have heard nothing. I have emailed them at least 5 times. I get an auto response email saying they will contact me within 24 hours, but no one has contacted me yet. UPDATE :Rec'd my package on the 17th of Nov, one short and they did NOT glow in the dark, neither the track or the cars. Great concept, but purchase from Duds Gadget, they are ligit!

Did not dispatch my items for two months, would not respond to emails or contact us messages until I escalated through Paypal, then they posted the items that day, and complained about the Paypal claim as the items were in the post.

Ordering Ceramic Coating in the Summer, and still not receiving it by November, when it is too late to use, is just rubbish.

Absolute chancers, avoid at all costs.
