I ordered 4 magic trucks in August which arrived 9 weeks later .My first mistake was presuming the company was American as Payment was in USD . The goods arrived from China via Singapore . I paid 70 USD including 10 for postage : roughly £50 .
The first thing which made me suspicious was the customs form on the package said value 20 USD .
When I opened the package the boxes were all damaged and the batteries were missing . There was a place in the box for them but they were not there .The whole thing looked poor quality and not worth the money .
Typically there was no paperwork in the package with addresses for returns . Phonebibi are keen to tell you about their great returns policy but will not tell me their return address .
I email them every few days .They acknowledge the email and say their customer service team will contact me which they never do .
Please don’t buy from this company . I have learned my lesson .
I paid by PayPal so my next email will be to them .

Paid into this business's paypal Acc and did not get goods, contected pay pal and explained what happened, as i used my card and not my paypal acc as it was paid into their paypal acc i come under a guest user and pay pal will follow up and if good are not received with in a prescribed time pay pal will refund my money, i will never use this business again,

I’ve ordered a train set they have taken the funds it’s been months now and no trainset . I blame Facebook also for allowing them to advertise

I ordered a product from phonebibi in august, even though the money was taken straight from my account I have not received the product and numberous emails I've sent have not been replied. This company is a scam and I would advise everyone to never order from them.

I ordered an abdominal machine offer from phonebibi #1367092. It took over 3 weeks to receive the product only to find out it doesn't work! Not at all!!!! I quickly followed the instructions on the phonebibi site to explain the issue and request another item be sent to replace my damaged/useless nonworking item which cost about $45 US dollars (all in with shipping).

I never heard from them. I received an email that said that they received my request and would be in touch shortly. Nothing happened the next time and the next time (six try's in total) in over a six week period. Toward the end of my requests, I would receive a "call from China" but they hung up after one ring. I actually answered on the first ring only to be hung up on. - I can't tell if this was them, but this is the only transaction I've made with a China based Company in several years. Here is the number I was called from +86 68609719. When you try to call it back you get a message saying that the number is not available.

I am going to report my transaction to my State Department of Commerce as well as my State Department of public affairs. Additionally, I will be letting my State Department of the Better Business Bureau know about the level of service (or lack thereof) so that they can investigate and help other customers in similar situations.

If you look at phonebibi's customer satisfaction site, they are a 1 star out of 5 possible stars in terms of customer satisfaction. As of writing this note they have over 673 negative comments.

I want my money back!!!! I sincerely believe they should send me (overnight) the enhanced version of the product (arms and stomach for all of the trouble I have faced. My guess is that they won't even respond again.

Take my warning as very credible! I have no motive to post such a negative review!!!

Received the wrong product. I have tried contacting 4 times, I'm given a reference number and no further contact. I was looking forward to the sticky pad, not a clear coat filler.

I've waited for severral weeks and then it worked not as they schowed on Facebook , I will send it back if i can find a return adress!!!

I placed an order with them and never received it. They never responded to any of my messages. They’ve taken my money fraudulently. Never use this company under any circumstances.

This company has never sent me anything that I ordered and they lie about reviewing your emails because they never contact you. They just lie over and over and still have the audacity to send out advertisement emails as if someone is going to keep sending them money. A total scam. How they are able to keep advertising on legitimate sites is beyond me.

The items they sell might look fun, but be aware that there is no costumer support if you are not happy wth your product. I ordered 2 Magic Toy Trucks and was totally disappointed when they arrived in boxes all banged up and when I opened the box a piece had broken off and when I tried to show my grandkids how it worked, it only worked for a little while. Only one side of the wheel turned. I contacted the company and their response was to be patient that the order would arrive soon. I thought they were sending me a new set, but nothing ever arrived. This was a total waste of money and I would NEVER buy from them again. BE AWARE!

Very slow delivery and a very poor customer service. Their packaging is also very poor. Do not expect to buy something from them to offer it as a gift because you will receive the box where the item is, all broken.

Wow. Looks like I am not the only one who spent money and placed an order and never received it. Several emails I have sent to contact this company were never answered and now the website says my email sign in doesn’t exist. I should have looked at reviews first. Dreadful company. I wish I had read these negative reviews before placing an order and wasting my money. I placed an order in June and I have still not received it, like so nany others, I have not been able to get a response from them. This company needs to be prevented from continuing to take innocent people's money. Read the reviews before sending your money to them. They are not worthy of one star.

I waited over 9 weeks for them to get my item to me. Had to open a paypal dispute which was drawn out, due to Phonebibi escalating the issue before i had a chance to. All of this was calculated on their part. I have recently been getting notifications of "someone" trying to access my online accounts associated with the email i used with PhoneBibi. Never had that happen until this dispute. They're a horrible company, you pay but don't receive, and they try to get "even" with you for calling their bluff by hacking you or sending you robo-calls on your phone. Very unprofessional.

Scammers, it took three months for them to reply to my order inquiries, and it was only after I opened a dispute with PayPal. Stay away from this website/business at all cost. Just look at all the scam reports.

Purchased an item from Phonebibi from a Facebook ad in July. They had set-up the website to appear as though they were located in Canada. The product took nearly 8 weeks to arrive (shipped from SINGAPORE.) It was an electronic toy and was dead on arrival. WORTHLESS, JUNK. Efforts to communicate via their website, email and Paypal were non-responsive. When I finally did get a response to my PayPal claim, was told I would get a refund after I returned it to CHINA with tracking information and they confirmed receipt. Packed it up and went to the post office only to discover that shipping it to China with tracking information was so expensive I would spend more to ship it than the items were worth and I would be out that $$$ in the meantime. Lesson learned the hard way. The Phonebibi folks are CROOKS. Do not do business with them.
